I've been to this place to pick up and drop off packages. Their hours of operation are very weird. It's very small inside and needs to be updated. Other than that no issues.

This place is a joke! I went there Tuesday to return a Amazon package. they said that their hand held scanner was broken and they’re waiting for a new one. so I went back today four days later, and it was still broken. What the hell! Wouldn’t you think that a major shipping company would have fixed it the same day.

The office is fine it's the drivers that suck, I have to chase my orders down every dam time. They knock then walk away and don't leave my order, or wait for me to answer the door, or they say my order is undeliverable, I hate when a company uses UPS to send me stuff, use the mail.or FedEx. I have severe health issues and can't just run after lazy drivers.

There hours of operation sucks! They open from like 11 to 2pm then they close and reopen at 3:30 to 6pm? Customer service is great!
