Took our tow trucks here till they screwed us big time
Is it the injectors ?
Is it the turbo ?
Welp $6000 later they figured her out............dead cylinder the fricken motor they wasted 6k on was junk and thought we'd give them 10k to replace..........not a chance beware they learn at your company's expense

Needed some things done to get my truck DOT'd, 1 1/2 months later still not finished, DOT was listed as clean and I was charged with unresolved issues that would get me put out of service. "Charged me for their time" to fix a non working issue that would get me placed out of service that was NOT fixed and I had to fix issue myself in their lot so I could drive down the road. Undercharged some but overcharged more. If you have an older tractor/semi, this is probably not the best stop for you. Mom and pop place that is disorganized.

I have had nothing but great customer service from Untz Truck & Trailer. And to the previous poster re: the drivers; I have seen the Untz service trucks out and about and have never experienced a problem with them. I do however have a problem with someone with such poor grammar and spelling spouting obtuse rants online about a business they have never actually had dealings with. Hopefully these minors you are transporting learn proper English from their teachers and maybe start riding a bus as I have a feeling your driving skills should actually be in question here.

On more then one instance I and my boy friend have had to dodge an Untz truck. heading back into the shop In all instances there had been at least one minor child in the car. Not sure if their handy work is worth while but their drivers are a mince to the roads. Sadly the manger feels that there i nos wrong in his underlings driving habits. I cross my fingers, and pray that none of these drives end up with a child's blood on their hands because they can't come to a full stop, look both ways at a stop sign.
