I am not happy with the way they deliver today. This is the first time that I’m not been happy with the way things got delivered. They didn’t bother to call me and let me know that they delivered the dishwasher at the back door which they were told to deliver at the front door. They didn’t call me And let me know they were here you knock at my door. I can’t hear you in the house so this is the first time I’ve been very upset with the way things happen with the delivery people. I think they’re lazy and I’m not very happy very, very, very, very upset.

Returning appliance customer for salesman Alex Perez. 2018 purchase of stove and refridge was wonderful. Alex takes the time to answer all questions to assure total understanding of product. 2024 returned for washing machine replacement as old alliance had failed. Again Alex was terrific with his patience explaining usage and features of product I was buying. That's why I go to Sherman's !!!! No regrets !!! Total confidence in Alex, Sherman's, warranties and great products !!!! I'm old guy and sometimes I need that extra assist to understand things....... Thank You Alex for your time ! Thank you Sherman's for having Alex as an employee !!
