contacted Jeff Perry Buick and was connected to Dustin. I inquired whether they had the specific vehicle I had seen online, and he informed me that he would verify and return my call. Within five minutes, Dustin called back to confirm that the car was indeed available on their lot. I requested the total price and mentioned that I would arrive later that day, asking him to hold the vehicle since I was traveling an hour and 45 minutes to reach the dealership. Upon my arrival at 5 PM, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and escorted to Dustin. He was the most courteous and straightforward salesperson I have encountered in my car-buying experiences. There were no hidden fees, and he did not exhibit any pushy sales tactics. After completing my paperwork with Dustin, I met with Brad in the Finance department, who was equally pleasant. Brad focused on informing me about additional options rather than pressuring me to purchase extras. Overall, I highly recommend both Dustin and Brad for any automotive sales needs. This dealership is exceptional; I have never encountered such outstanding individuals in a dealership setting. I love my 2024 Envista Sport Touring! THANK YOU DUSTIN & BRAD!

Had my teenage daughters car (that I own) towed to the dealership under the impression a module was bad that prevented the car from starting. She called the next day to see if car was ready and was told it was done. Went to pick it up only to find they said they didn't have the car nor the keys. Apparently they said the car was ready to be picked up based on a previous oil change a while back. After back-and-forth calls to the tow company and dealer, they found the car on the lot but then said they didn't have the keys. After more calls they reviewed security camera footage that apparently showed that they did have the keys after all.
They claimed to order a module and would fix the car the next day. They called to say car was ready. Went to pick up the car and was then told it wouldn't start and it now needed a new battery. I now had to pay more for a battery test and then a new battery. Car then started. Makes me wonder if it wasn't just a bad battery all along and not need this module?? Did they not start the car after replacing the module? And why tell us the car was ready to pick up if it still wouldn't start? Was my naive teenage girl overcharged?

Had a great experience of purchasing a vehicle at Jeff Perry in Peru. The staff were very professional in a comfortable & welcoming environment. Heather did a fantastic job of guiding me through my purchase & showing me around the dealership. And I enjoyed our conversations as the paperwork was being processed. Looking forward to returning for routine & maintenance to visit staff, and someday my next vehicle purchase will be at Jeff Perry.

Update below*
I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jeff Perry in 2022 for 13k. Within a couple of days it would not start intermittently. It would try to start and stall and then it would run fine. I took it to Jeff Perry a week or two later when the issue happened again and they said it needed fuel a pump and had an oil leak they wanted $3800 to fix it. I did not have them service the vehicle. I have not needed a fuel pump to this day.
This last week it wouldn't start and I had it towed to them. I had an appt at 10am the following day. At noon I called and they had not looked at it however, they promised they would that afternoon. I called that evening and they said they still had not looked at it. They promised to call me by noon the next day. Again, no call. Terrible service. I called again that evening, and they said I need a power train control module. The part is $1300, but they have to send it to their Rochelle store. They said they have an in-house tow and I wouldn't be charged. They also said they would provide a loaner vehicle. I waited 3 days for them to locate a loaner car for me and received confirmation to pick up it up. however, 45 minutes later, they called and said they would not provide a loaner vehicle due to it not being fixed at this location. They also said I would be charged up to $300 to tow it because their in-house tow is not available. I have decided not to have my vehicle fixed by them and called a tow truck. I had to cancel the tow because they are charging a diagnostic fee and have not called me back to tell me how much I need to pay before they release my vehicle.
I would never purchase another vehicle from Jeff Perry. It has been a week now, and I still have no transportation to and from work and am waiting by the phone.
*update
Right after I posted this review I received a call from the service manager, Rob. He reached out to see how he could resolve the issues and said he would call me back in a little bit. This was 10:24 am Wednesday. It's now Thursday 5:19pm, 8 days without my Jeep. No call.
