Bought a 2020 Silverado 1500 in April and 3 months and 4k miles later it needed the transmission rebuilt. I opted out of the extended warranty and sadly it cost me $5300 to repair from a 3rd party shop. I contacted the dealer to see if they would help and was told no because I didn’t give them the option to look at the truck before I authorized repair. Kat was wonderful and the buying process was easy but in the future I will probably do business with a larger dealer that offers a little more warranty on their used cars.

Kat shell was wonderful with handle all are needs with Purchasing are 2019 Dodge Ram and was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the process. She even went above and beyond and introduce us to the service department. Definitely do business with Kat again when looking for a car in the future.

We visited Illinois Valley Auto Group last Friday, August 14, 2024, to purchase a truck, and the entire experience was seamless. There was no pressure to buy, and the negotiation process was both efficient and professional. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Kat, Nick, and the team were absolutely amazing to work with. We brought our two young boys and the team entertained and played with them the entire time. We have a less than perfect credit situation and they were not only able to help but helped us find a perfect vehicle for us. Hands down the worst car buying experience I have had. There were a few things that were negotiated in the sale to be fixed. After 3 trips back to the dealer, the issue was still present (I live over an hour from there). At this point, the sales staff began to get frustrated with me, because they could not solve the problem. They were quite rude from this point on. I ended up getting the issue fixed at a Chevrolet dealer close to where I live. IVAG would not honor the terms to fix the issue, they would not pay for the other dealer to correctly fix the issue.

Purchased a truck from them April of last year, super nice sales people but definitely not a huge fan of the service department, I called late January about getting a loaner car to get my truck worked on and they kept saying one will be ready next week, been 4 months now and haven’t hear a word, I keep calling them but won’t answer any of calls or return my voicemails
