I recently stopped to get a bite to eat and sat down, as we do twice a week. Who I thought was my server told me I had to order outside at the counter and then go sit back down. I'm not sure why the change. If the workers are supposed to be out front then don't have an open restaurant. Service is definitely lacking because of this change. Don't get me wrong, our service was great although I do know some of my older comrades that won't be coming back because of this. It's a shame!

Stopped in to use the Tesla super charger.Hy-Vee has a great selection of non alcoholic beers and beverages. The beer selection is huge compared to other locations. Highly recommend!

Lab tech at drive threw window asked if I had one prescription. I said 2. She rolled her eyes muttering something and huffed off the the computer. I am still in shock. I will change my pharmacy and never return.

There was a manager right there and I told him his store smelled awful and that there was a haze as I walked in the store.... He said he didn't see it.... Hahahahah

I ordered two players for delivery, two addresses. I check my credit card and no charge the next day. Called to check was told it probably went out. Called the next day. Told they'd check and call me back. No call back. Called the next day was told they don't keep records. Never charged my card. Parties never received. Dang not good.

Bought some pork with the expiration date 1 week from now. Went home to cook and prep (30 min total) left the package out next to me then when I opened the package a horrible rotten meat smell immediately hit my nose. Upon inspection once I flipped the piece of meat it was all bad on the bottom side. Went right back to the store n returned it....

Hy-Vee pharmacy is a trigger for me thanks to a few really bad eggs. I need to know why people such as Dawn are allowed to judge us and make us feel like crap. She hangs up without answering questions one time she said can I catch a break we're busy ok. All I was asking was a pharmacy question she could of given the phone to anyone instead she hung up. She's made my wife cry. Is that what you guys tolerate? Been with Hy-Vee pharmacy ten years and I'm sick of being mistreated
