Had an issue when shopping for a truck ramp, got help from the store manager ken, sally a manager and sandy a cashier. All of them were very nice and helpful with my issue.

I only visited the parking lot. It was tight, and difficult to access due to being on the end of the building and behind an auto parts store. Lots of stalls, though. Below average but functional.

They didn’t have what we were looking for but they still had a great selection of everything else. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and organized. Always have a nice experience at any of the harbor freight locations.

The staff was very helpful! I was going to buy a shop stool for $115, but the cashier let me know that the stool I was going to buy breaks often and that I better buy an extended warranty with it for another $30. Based on his recommendation I decided not to buy it and instead I found an almost identical stool on Amazon for $39. Thank you for saving me over a hundred bucks and saving me from the potential hassle of having to constantly take a broken stool back to the store every few months when it breaks!!! ?
