If you ask a person upfront if they have something because it said they do online and it's in stock don't be a rude bitch saying we have it but it's not out yet. Do you wonder why the store is empty? Because it's online for pick up but not out yet..... don't be a cunt, I'll shop else where and hope for better customer service.

I am a first time firearm owner. I just got back from the Army and wanted to buy a shotgun. I went into the store to find no one at the gun counter (seems like this is common at this store). I waited 15 minutes found someone and they reluctantly came to help me. She went behind the weapons counter and I asked for a Mossberg that was on the top shelf. She said in a snarky voice that it was a "maverick". Yes lady its a Mossberg Maverick. She checked my card and ran the backround check or whatever. She asked for my ID. I said which would you like my Identification Card or Drivers License. She exclaimed! that I should not have my ID and Drivers license on me (I checked this with the local police department and her statement was completely false.) Then she tried saying that my ID was my Drivers license (Fun fact they are 2 separate pieces of plastic). I noticed while she was carrying the shotgun that the rib was not on the end of the barrel. I asked in a polite manner if it did not come with one, and again she was snarky "Actually! It's called a sight. Maybe its in the box". Ok sorry we didn't get shotguns to shoot in the Army and I did not know, either way she should not treat a Army veteran like dirt for asking questions. All and all I will never come here again to buy a firearm. I think I am going to just shop my local gun store next time.EDIT: 2 hours after this incident I drove to the rural king down the street and had a much better experience. Do not waste time with Dunhams. Just go to Rural King instead.

Terrible store. Decided to go check it out and was extremely disappointed in it. It wasn't as clean as other stores, couldn't find the prices for most item or they were just labeled wrong. Employees were on there phones a good portion of the times and it was like pulling a tooth to get anyone to assist us. I highly recommend going to any other store and avoid this one as much as you possibly can.

It's a hit or miss with this store. If I'm lucky enough to find myself a t-shirt it's usually out in my size. There is nothing in the back room. It's all ready out on the sales floor. So a person is out of luck. It's frustrating.

My daughter changed her mind on a sweatshirt she bought but alas lost the receipt and it clearly says that they can look for the debit card trans action but I went and was told by the manager that he could only do it for warranty seriously? I won't go back for anything if we need anything like that again we will find it online return policy blows it still has the tags on like brandnew
