Really bad service I had some personal problems and had to have my local police involved and they said to have my number changed cricket wants to charge u $15 to change your number over being in a really bad relationship

Terrible.My mom was having trouble, 80years old, her card wouldn't register.We called this pplace, and the girl said, " there's nothing I can do about it." I asked for her manager, she said "there's no manager here now", I said " what do I do?" She said"I don't know".Pathetic.My brother called another office, and they fixed it.
