My expirence with Peotone Storage over the last few years has been absolutely perfect. From the availability of use of the moving van to move in and the ability to change to a smaller unit. The office personal has always been helpful especially Kathy Young.

I rented a storage for my mother for one month. BEST Prices Around, they lend you a moving truck for 24 hours (no gas charge), wonderful family owned business. I would definitely rent here again if need be. I would give 10 ? if I could.

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Only getting a one star because I have to. If it was up to me I would rate this ZERO STARS! Called 3 times. 1st call, no answer. 2nd call, Kathy answered and was saying hello hello hello, hangs up. 3rd call, Kathy answers again and continues to say hello with immediate attitude. I asked if she can hear me and with attitude she asks what she can do and I asked TWICE if this was Peotone Storage and she refused to answer yes or no and gave me attitude. I told her I wanted to rent a damn storage unit and she laughed and said oh that’s nice and hangs up. Completely unprofessional! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Family recommended the storage facility and this happened. We will not be using this storage facility anymore. Way to go Kathy!

No fenced in property. Which isn't great for security. But they do offer a free truck rental to move your stuff into their storage facility. But not to move out.

Not a single complaint. They are very kind and understanding and access is very easy. You're given a padlock and keys to use when you rent from them. The units are priced fairly. (not climate controlled and no gate to get in to the area) Everything is very simplified.

The prices seem cheap but Peotone is some distance outside of Chicago, I think it's not even the same county.

Had to move thing out of Green Bay to a closer location. These people could not have been nicer. They gave me a truck to use for the move and even had two young relatives/friends there to help me unload. I am 67 and needed the help. I called on the phone and asked for a 10x10 unit, but my judgement was a little off. I needed a 10x15 and they immediately changed the unit for me. I would highly recommend them, as they are a very accommodating Mom and Pop business. This is what makes them even better. They are not just employees working for a big corporation. This is their business and livelihood. My friend lives just down the road and this was easy for him to handle the everyday adding of items to the unit. Ken S Las Vegas NV
