Is this place still open? I've tried calling twice and nobody answers. I drove past the location and the signs are down and the place looks abandoned.

My parents had a great experience with Terry so in calling him and leaving a message, he returned my call the same day and he setup a time to come out to service my grandfather clock the next day! He was able to have the clock functioning again and took the time to familiarize me with it and how to keep it running long term. I will recommend him to anyone needing a clock serviced!

In having my non-functioning grandfather clock serviced, I called Terry and left a message. He returned my message that same day and we setup a time for him to come to my home the next day, to repair our clock that would not run. Within 45 minutes he had the clock completely cleaned, level, and working again. He was incredibly kind and considerate to familiarize me with its function and how to maintain it going forward, as we inherited the clock and had not used it previously. I would recommend Terry to anyone and I could not be happier with the service he provided!

In the 1940's, my great uncle brought back to the US a cuckoo clock from Germany. Unfortunately, the 70+ years of moves and storage before I got it weren't kind to the mechanisms and it couldn't keep time or make a sound anymore. My mom and I took the sad thing to Mr. Whaley with no expectations for such an old machine, but figured it was worth a shot. He not only restored its voice, but allowed me hear and experience a unique piece of history that my great uncle thought was special enough that he hauled it across the Atlantic with him over half a century ago. I'm writing this 3 years later while listening to the ticking of that old clock. Thank you, Mr. Whaley, for giving my great uncle's clock a voice again.

This repair service did nothing to my clock. The clock was running fast, needed a new clock movement assembly. He kept it for weeks, I picked it up , $30 charge nothing was done, still not working! Do not use this business, phony business. No rating unless I can use a minus 5stars.

Leo fixed a Howard Miller wind up chime wall clock back to it's original state. It used to be in my parent's family room. Nice to have it working and chiming again in my family room. Thnx Mr. Whaley! It's still working good after your repair 2 years ago.

These people are nuts. They had my clock for over 2 years and never fixed it. They lied every time I called to see what was done, first it was the movement, then it wasn't the movement, then it was the springs. When I finally asked to get my clock back the woman accused me of "abuse on a disabled person" and said I couldn't pick the clock up without her having a police officer there. What? I'm a 67 year old woman...jeez. Then she just put the clock on the front porch in the wet weather for me to pick up. It was my Grandmother's Seth Thomas and pretty valuable to me even though it couldn't be fixed. I would NEVER give a clock to these people ever again. I had mine fixed in three days through Spencer Jewelers in Pekin.

Don't ever take your clocks there. I dropped off an antique Seth Thomas mantle clock, I wanted it fixed, not the movement replaced. This was in December of 2014. I called six months later, they couldn't find it, when they did find it, they hadn't worked on it. Same thing six months later, and six months later and six months later. 4 months ago they finally said it was apart and they were putting a new movement in it, that's not what I wanted but at this point, I just wanted my clock, I'm still waiting 4 months later and when I call some woman in a wheel chair yells and screams and berates me for being "impatient" about my clock and complains about how I know nothing about what they've been going through. I don't care, I just want my antique clock back. In pieces if need be. 2 years and counting, I still don't have it. sigh.
