What is the point of a pharmacy closing at 6? Do you think people don't have jobs and are able to get here at 6? And you cant transfer certain meds to a Walgreens that is actually open. Now the pharmacy has problems with staffing and can't even be open. So people who really need their meds, can't get them, can't transfer them and then you have the nerve to be rude to people when they're frustrated. This walgreens has gone to hell in a hand basket. There is a night manager who constantly is berating the employees, she always says "not trying to be mean but" to them, over and over again. Just because you say it doesn't make it true. She yells their names across the store, every customer can hear how rude she is to them. There are some really good employees there such as two young boys I think their names are Jake and Levi and really sweet blonde older lady and a lovely black girl who works alot in the beauty area. Just not that evening manager or a single pharmacy employee. I spend a lot of time and a lot of money in this location and now I'd rather travel elsewhere cause this one just can't get it together.

This pharmacy and their staff are EXCELLENT! They are always very busy, but they are always very kind and helpful. I've had some difficult situations and they have never made me feel as if I were unwelcome or they were bothered. It is the only Walgreens pharmacy I use and I plan on keeping it that way. Highly recommend!!

Photos always turn out great. Lines are never long when purchasing goods. Store is always clean when I visit. To call and speak with an associate, it’s efficient and friendly. This is my favorite Walgreens store in Peoria.

Inappropriate and unprofessional to the associate that refused to provide service to my husband, and then stand there on her phone with her back turned while another associate helped. A huge thank you to the associate that stepped up after the rude experience.

After attempting 5 other local Walgreens in Peoria for a script for my husband's post-op pain, Jim and the pharmacy tech were amazing to work with. I called and asked if they had the med. They did and had it filled with in 5 minutes or less. They were amazing, I can't say thank you enough! I will return to their pharmacy. They may have limited hours, but I can deal with that to get friendly, caring staff. Thanks for being awesome guys!

Been going there about 14 years without incident. Then yesterday experienced extreme rudeness when I was asking questions about my pick up and then when I had to call when I got home to let them know I was given the incorrect product. Something that could've been easily dealt with. Lady, I dont know what your name is but you need to NOT work with the public. I just switched to a completely different pharmacy. Goodbye Walgreens.

Pharmacy is never open, closes at the most random times and stays closed for several days. Staff is always rude and acts like you are killing them to do their job.

Just left there.Man behind counter very unfriendly. Couldnt understand him. I thought he was saying card reade was going to ask for id. Finally understood he wanted id. Needs to speak up. When wearing masks it can be hard to understand what people are saying. Not a pleasant person at all.

I love this Walgreens. When my dad was sick, the pharmacist called to see how he was doing. They go above and beyond--from giving advice to making sure you get your meds on time. I cannot say enough good things
