randolph the head pharmacist is extremely dismissive and disrespectful. i had gotten one call less than a week ago that i had medication to pick up and when i asked why they had gotten rid of it already (because they do that in a very short amount of time??), he was incredibly sarcastic and acted as if i was dumb. if you’re gonna be a pharmacist and deal with people that have mental/physical health needs LEARN SOME RESPECT AND BASIC PEOPLE SKILLS. everyone else there is so kind, randolph can get bent.

Says it opens at 8:00 am on Saturday. I was at the door at 8:30. It was looked and the worker inside just walked away. Never came to the door.

My mother had a med for covid sent to this pharmacy on a friday thinking she could have me pick it up the next day. Hours online said they were open but when I called the manager said the pharmacy had been closed on weekends since March. Didn't think your patients needed to know this information? The pharmacy wouldn't be open until Tuesday due to memorial day. The meds my mother needed had to be taken within 5 days of onset of symptoms, yall better hope she doesn't end up hospitalized because you decided to be closed for 3 days with no notice. Yall really think it's ok to close unannounced every weekend like people don't need their life saving meds on a Saturday orSunday? At least update your hours so people can go to an actual good pharmacy that can fulfill a basic prescription.

Waited in line for 20 mins with one teller working and one employee watching and talking on her phone. There where at least 10 people in line and the line was almost to the photo counter. The manager was extremely rude when i asked if the other employee could use one of the other 2 registers open. Walgreens needs to hire better managers and not let employees talk on the phone when they are getting paid to work.

I don't know why I have so many problems with this pharmacy but it isn't reliable in the slightest. I work until 9pm and this pharmacy is supposed to be open until 10pm. Multiple times I have rolled up to the window at 9:15pm or so and the lights are off and no one to be seen. Posted hours on the window clearly say open until 10pm. They always try to charge me for my medications when I have it set up with two insurance companies to get my prescriptions for free. Last time they did this I literally sat in the window until someone else came to the computer and gave me my prescription, cause it was free, said it on the package "$0.00". So I don't know what is going on in this place but after my experiences with this pharmacy I'll be going somewhere else for now on. I don't appreciate a pharmacy of all places wasting my time and trying to wrongfully charge me for medications, when it says on the print out they staple onto the prescription bag, it's free.

Walgreens is one of my favorite little stores to go to. Prices are higher than Walmart and other stores but I like that they are within walking distance, most of the employees are super friendly, and the seasonal clearance buys are terrific.

I just had an amazing experience with the pharmacy at the Knoxville Avenue Walgreens in Peoria! The whole team was amazing when I went there for my COVID vaccine, but Destiny and Norma definitely went above and beyond. Thank you so much! We’ll see you in a month.

Dont ever go here.. we spend almost 30 doars a day here. And the casher nor the store has any loyalty or concern for a great customer who spends as much as we do. They are very unprofessional and who would turn away 30 dollar a day customer for a product that cost $4.98. In business u are suppose to be loyal to the customers that are loyal to u. They will never get another dime of my money.. They get a negative 5 stars from me.

This is my favorite Walgreens local location... Only thing that would make it better is longer pharmacy hours and store hours in general...
