These folks are so nice and patient. I had a mix up (my fault) with my prescriptions and through it all everyone was so helpful. I sure appreciated you!

Horrible Medicare approval department.

The worst Medicare Department I’ve dealt with. They play the blame game but a company who’s been in business 1/2 the amount of years, since your incorporation has no problem getting me my supplies & 90 days worth. Glad I won’t have to call every month & then call my Dr then call Medicare. I finally got the answer of who was the cause of me NOT GETTING my supplies on time. It’s your Medicare approval department.

I love it because it's a store where you can find things that you can't find anywhere else and the treatment that they give you there is spectacular I go there almost every day I love the store and my family loves it I think it's a wonderful store

Always closed. Which is super inconvenient when you have specially items that can only be ordered through them. Specialty items should really only be available through a 24 hour pharmacy so that people don’t run out of necessary medical items like diabetes glucose meters and have to wait four days to get them.

Recent prescriptions refill was shipped but did not include all items that I was charged for. Was supposed to receive a new @dexcom G6 Sensor 3-pack & transmitter. Problem is that my current transmitter expires 18Jan2019 @ 1:47 PM at which time I will no longer receive glucose readings used to manage my Type1 diabetes.

My dad was a patient at Methodist Unity Point in April, and I stayed at his side for the two weeks he was inpatient. Walgreens had all the bits and bobs I needed.
