The front check out is great ! I love to shop here - I’ve had quite a few snafus with Pharmacy - techs don’t take time to look at your profile and find your med AND your account .

I came into the store to load my chime debit card. I knew I would have to run the card twice due to only being able to load $500 a transaction. Last time I was in the store the cashier ran my card twice and loaded the full $1000. I do this every month to pay bills. And have been told it's more than ok to do. However this time the cashier I believe her name was comolli or something close to that told me it was store policy to only be able to load $500 a day. I knew this was a lie because of my past times at the store loading $1000. She told me she would get the store manager. She came back with not the store manager but a lead who also informed me it was store policy to only load $500 a day. I told her she was giving bad customer service and I knew $1000 was possible. She then left to get the store manager saying he would say the same thing. I was asked to stand in a corner till the store manager got there but I refused knowing they were going to try to forget me. The store manager finally came up saying he checked and it was OK and not store policy to only load $500 a day and the cashier without the manager doing anything with the register loaded up my $1000. Proving she could have done it all along. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. The cashier and lead should be fired.

Scheduled my appointments online and the store canceled them without telling me twice. I can no longer get on the walgreens website to manage my appointments, they no longer show.

The women working in third pharmacy are beyond rude!! They don't have the intelligence to be on pharmacy. I recommend any other pharmacy!!! OLIVIA SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!!!!

This pharmacy is not trustworthy. Had my daughters script sent over 18 hours ago, it is still not filled. They said I should have gotten an automated text telling me their store was out of said medicine but I did not and then the pharmacy closed. Per Grace, pharmacy manger, this system has consistently failed for the six years she has worked there and there is no backup program or anything they can do about it. I cant imagine how many people have been sitting around waiting for scripts to be filled in that time. Why wouldnt their automated system send the script on to another "sister' store that could fill the script? Why wouldnt the manager at the end of the day reconcile any scripts unable to be filled? these are prescription medications we are talking about. Not optional things. Do not give this pharmacy your business. Total Mess.

Pharmacy technicians are rude, not understanding and made me feel as if I was stupid, gave me the wrong amount of pills for prescriptions the first time around. One of the pharmacy technicians looked at the pharmacist asking if “anyone else wanted to try explaining” because she apparently was to frustrated to answer the questions that I was asking about my future prescriptions making me feel uncomfortable.

Scheduled a COVID booster shot on their automated system as you are required for 3:20We came at 2:55. At 3:18 she is about to give booster shot, literally about to stick it in, and we are told Pharmacist is on break and we have to come back at 3:45Don’t schedule appointments if you can’t do them.Idiots wasting our time.

I will NEVER go here again, the rudeness from the pharmacists (female) each time I’ve been here is extremely unprofessional. Whoever is the manager at this establishment needs to give them a retraining in professional behavior. To the worker that has to ride 6 miles to work, GREAT JOB! You my friend are going places in life.

Thanks for cancelling of my 62 year old disabled mother's appointment on the 18th of December . Which she has a bad immune system by the way. Then you guys have the audacity to say that she has to wait unitl the 29th MAYBE. Or go find another facility. Which this Walgreen and the company website advertise a appointment on the 18th of December. I scheduled this appointment on the 7th.This goes to show how "deadly" this pandemic is. They seem really concerned

Nice and easy shopping experience. Wish they had a few other products in stock that they normally have. However, overall got what I needed. Staff/cashier very nice and greeting upon entering. Got a ton of stuff in a one stop shop experience. Like this Walgreens a lot more than the ones in Chicago. Keep up the good work Walgreens- now carry the Neutrogena shampoos and not just the conditioner and I'll rate you a 5 star
