Great place to go for your Vitamin needs, I love how I can go in here and the employees are able to give information about products. They've always been helpful and motivated to help, worth the stop even if it's just for information!

They let me use the restroom when me and my friends car broke down on the road, unfortunately I didn't have money to buy anything at the time, once I get money I will buy something that I need as a thank for letting me use the restroom.

Just visited Peoria store. Herman was very helpful and knowlegeable in assisting us to choose the products we needed. Prices were great and will definitely return for more. Thank you Herman and The Vitamin Shoppe.

I wanted some different supplements and swung by the Vitamin Shoppe to take a look. Herman showed me several options and answered all of my questions. He didn't pressure me into buying a certain brand and didn't over-ask me questions- making fake conversation. He managed to help me and others (including phone calls). I overheard him answering several questions on the phone with lots of patience (I would have not been so patient). He apologized for my short wait and was friendly and helpful throughout my pop-in. Herman is great!! Amber is a rockstar too!

Easy to find items in the store and the cashier was very kind and didn't press me about not wanting to start a membership. I'll be going again for more supplements. Amazing Customer Service.
