“We brought our American Bully pup BRK'S CLYDE up here to get his ears cropped. We saw Dr. Brown he took his time with us cared about how we wanted them done and the pup just loved him. Dr. Brown shared with us to give them time to heal prior to surgery which I'm glad he did, they looked messy when we first saw him our other pups were done out of state and never had the scabby build up to remove or wore a collar for 14 days, but we followed his recommendations nows Clyde's ears look like perfection!!!!! We are very pleased with his ears thank you Dr. Brown and staff for taking wonderful care of our baby boy he looks great and had no trauma from this experience.”

“Daycare, overnight boarding, and grooming….. all at my Veterinarian’s office …. YES PLEASE. Our Yorkie is not the biggest fan of sleep overs but Tender Care is just amazing. Just right out of the gate you have piece of mind knowing your dog is at the Vets heaven forbid something happened… then to top it off the staff is just amazing. Everyone is so caring and really tries to make you feel like family. The facility itself is perfect too. Big nice size areas with heated floors and pet beds. I think they have like 5 play yards. During overnight stays Tank gets to go to daycare during the weekdays included in his boarding. I could go on and on but honestly, just try it for yourselves. You will not be disappointed.”

After taking our 12 year old long hair chi to the same vet her whole life... we weren't happy with their care as she's gotten sick and looking at end of life care. As well as the 30 minute drive that made her anxious. We were so happy with Dr. Springman and Anne. We are watching and keeping her comfortable for now. We are very happy with their care. I feel at ease we have a plan for a very difficult time in our dogs life.”

“If I could give this office 10 stars I would! I was new to the area and called a couple vets before I called here and got an appointment for a Saturday. I am so glad they got me in. The receptionist actually offered on the phone to call my veterinarian to get my pups prior records. (They did too) I was concerned my pup might have a bladder infection due to his frequent urination. My husband thought it was because he was a pup. I was right, but my baby had other issues I wasn't expecting! He had some teeth coming in wrong due to baby teeth and an ear infection and a bladder infection. I was so glad they could do the dental work the day of visit because I was leaving in 2 days. He got all of his immunizations, anesthesia, 3 teeth pulled, urine specimen, stool specimen, antibiotics, prednisone, ear cream and a dr's visit for $500. This was more than I was expecting initially, but worth it for a healthy pup. He will be returning in a couple weeks for his recheck and 2nd shot to protect him from an infection from wildlife droppings in water on the ground.”

“I am a foster mom and had to take Edwin in to have his eye removal wound checked. The actual surgery took place before I got him here from Chicago. They were very helpful and let me know what I needed to do to keep it clean and watch for infection after they took the drain out. He healed up perfectly and then a couple of weeks after that he got neutered and is healing wonderfully from that. The staff and Dr. Zwick were all friendly and knowledgeable”

“Had to visit because my senior cat was suddenly incontinent. It was pretty busy and overall for an emergency type visit that wasn't an immediate life/death situation I feel they got to me in a timely manner and even though it was really busy they were kind and caring and patient with my questions and that I was having a but of a crying meltdown. Billing was clearly disclosed with signage and expected billing cost was gone over before any procedures were performed. It is an emergency vet so it is more expensive than my regular vet costs but not outrageously so.”
“Staff is very good at handling my cat who is feisty and anxious. She's less stressed than she's been at other clinics and the staff is very communicative and leaves me with no questions by the end of the visits, which go by quickly. They always follow up after her vaccinations to make sure she's not having a reaction, which is very thoughtful.”
