While I was initially impressed with the buying experience, I ultimately ended up feeling pretty disappointed due to the lack of after-sales support amongst other things. If you're going to buy Verizon for your cell services, this is a perfect example of why you should just go to a corporate store instead of an authorized retailer like this. Let me explain:First of all, I worked with the sales rep named Brayden to assist with my purchase. He was very nice and knowledgeable about Verizon's plan offerings and the promotions that I was trying to utilize.I went into the store with the intention to just purchase a new phone line for myself. I mentioned the fact that I was thinking about getting a new phone for my wife through a trade-in deal, but I wanted to hold off until I had her with me to make sure that was what she wanted. However, Brayden pressured me into getting her phone as well due to the fact that conveniently, the promotion I was trying to take advantage of was ending the next day, which ended up being a lie.I explained that I worked for a company that offered a corporate discount, specifically that offered waived activation fees. He said that while it would take a few days to apply, the discount status to my account, he would call Verizon once it was applied and he would take care of the fees, but he never did.Finally, a few days later, my wife told me she did not want the new phone that I got for her, which is what I feared would happen. I went back to the store and explained the situation, and was given a full refund for her phone purchase. However, the line was never removed from my account. I noticed this about a week later and Brayden said he would call customer service and work it out. He tried calling one time but the department was closed and never attempted again. I had to pay $300 for the first bill for services that weren't used, and activation fees that were supposed to have been waived through my discount.Thankfully, I was able to get the situation sorted with Verizon customer service myself and received the appropriate bill credits. However, had I not done that, I would've endlessly been paying for a line that was never even activated.While the employees seem to be knowledgeable, I am really disappointed in the fact that they were willing to act like they would take care of me after the sale just to get it done and instead did next to nothing. I was also lied to about a promotion expiring soon just to get coaxed into adding another line for my wife without her there -- which ironically enough, caused more headache for the store in the end because of a return and more time spent.This is a perfect example of why people should only go to corporate stores for their needs, such as the one on Pioneer Parkway. They are more knowledgeable, tend to be more honest about promotions, and are just overall a better experience as their store policies are more in-line with Verizon's online experience.

My phone was stolen and I made a police report and shouldn't had to pay to get another phone because of it being stolen and not my fault.

Cody was absolutely awesome! My wife came in from out of town with a Verizon based issue. He spent HOURS with her (and on the phone with me) to assist us. He was our bright spot! I can not express our appreciation enough! If you need a phone, these people care about you.

Marissa Brown was fantastic, professional customer service even the other staff also helped me to find my accessories for purchase. Please don't go to the store at Pioneer parkway because they are always busy, just stop by the Verizon store on Sterling you won't disappoint or call Marissa Brown in advance to make appointment .

Service is fantastic, and thorough. The service provider made sure that I was well educated with all options, and for real, saved me a lot of money while enabling me to have the options I needed...and more. Personal touch, and patience was greatly appreciated.
