Give us bags for the food bank and just never pick up the bags that are full of food!! Why bother handing out the bags? Why waste money printing the bags? Why waste money advertising the food drive when you won't pick it up?

The mail lady when deliverers to Aspen bluff apartment will never bring anything to your door she will leave it on the ground on the landing or not give it to you at all . What happened to having Privacy? This was important paperwork from a cancer treatment.

Do you have a certified letter that urgently needs your attention? No worries!! Even if someone is home ALL DAY and you like everyone else has a camera device of sorts watching your house and have dogs that alert you to everything. No one will attempt to knock on your door to get a signature from the adult in the home. They will just place a very convenient letter stating that you FAILED to be available and to pick it up yourself!! Way to go! A shining example of the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. I'm also curious? Is it not still a federal offense to disturb the delivery of someone's mail?

This November 2023 that delivers North Prospect Rd area Lady mail carrier took my important package and put it on my neighbor's porch, and I sent out important documents that never made it to it's destination, I've never had any trouble with USPS in Tazewell county, guess it's just Peoria.? Do better.

Quit leaving mail slots propped open!! I'm tired of air conditioning the outdoors, FREEZING when we have cold weather, and finding outdoor critters in my house! SHUT THE MAIL SLOT DOOR.And quit leaving your phone off the hook!

Literally, doesn't even deserve one star!)!)! I paid for a package to be delivered to an address because the young lady was unable to drive and then the package gets to this post office and they tell me she needs to pick package up. Lololol then why did I spend 11 bucks to have it delivered to her house?? I didn't pay for it to be delivered to a post office!! I've been on the phone now for over an hour. I'm over here just over thinking at this point. Was the driveway to long to walk? Did she have a dog? Does the post person not like to walk? Maybe they don't like to show their calves, run out of gas? How does she get her other pieces of mail, like bills? .could their soul feel it was a study Bible and felt rebuked?

When I call in to report my mail not being delivered this post office does not take me seriously. Mail carrier is seen on Ring doorbell getting out of vehicle, but does not make it to my property. They have lied and said it’s “delivered” when I did report the issue. I’ve already filed a complaint about this place. Getting tired of not being taken seriously.
