I kept having trouble with my phone and went to another location to get it fixed but the guy was unable to solve the problem so then I went to the Sterling location and thankfully Brandon was able to help me and get it working again! ☺️

I went in to add authorization for a phone line and Andrew was extremely friendly and helpful with my request. Andrew also took the time to review the new insurance plan for the lines since I had not be informed of the change. I have 8 lines total, it was a bit of a mess to get through but Andrew did so very professionally.

Absolutely the best customer service ever. I will forever have this be my go to store. There was a bit of a situation that was caused from a different store and everyone at this Peoria store helped me to the very end. I appreciate all of who helped me and dealt with me. Highly recommend this store!!! If you go here ask for Miguel he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
