I went in to get nail polish for Charlotte (my Dog- organic nail polish) and me. I was scared to walk in, GRACE, the manager came up to an a welcoming smile. Grace not only helped me but left me with a feel of joy, and acceptance. GRACE who ever hired you new what they were doing thank you.

I went in the store in hopes of finding a new perfume, only to be racially profiled by one of the employees. She constantly monitored me, acting as if she were on here phone, and when I crouched to test a perfume on the lower shelf, she then proceeded to stand 5 feet away from me in order to keep watching. Terrible look on the store, definitely would not recommend.

Went in to buy some facial moisturizer. The young lady behind the register asked me for my phone number and if I had an account. When she realized this was not the case, she whispered to the associate next to her "she doesn't have an account" as if this were some confusing taboo she was untrained to handle. I explained that I just wanted to purchase my items and not set-up an account. The second associate asked for my name and phone number and set-up an account for me despite the fact that I specifically said I did not want this. The sales associates here are incapable of rendering consent and have no qualms duping customers into their self-serving agenda. Will not be purchasing anything from Ulta again.

Do not, I repeat do not get your hair done by Joelle! She took it upon herself to chop my 12 year olds daughter's hair off, when we were only in there to get only highlights! I went into the bathroom her hair was full length, came out and she has BANGS! I was so angry and she thought this was perfectly fine because my daughter didn't say anything.

Checking out was difficult because you didn't know who was in line or who was shopping. Some items are affordable and some are more expensive. The employees have great customer service. I will be going back. I didn't know they had a salon. I will be checking on that too.

I ordered some perfume for a Xmas gift online. I received a coupon in the mail the next day offering 20% off and a free gift for fragrance purchases over $70. My purchase was for $140. When I called the customer service line they gave me the 20% discount but no free gift because my shipment had been shipped. While I appreciate the discount (I'm still waiting for a confirmation) they should have shipped me the free gift as well.
