Seems like nice sales person never met . Knows very little about situation. What irks me in Peoria Illinois is when I ask for owners name and contact get swept away. Jon pending in Outside area. Working with pros here nothing. Not a game at 67 .

Was going to buy a used truck on the lot, and prior to arriving at dealer I used their trade in quote from the uftring Weston website. Their in shop quote was way less than their own online quote which factored in options, miles, and location - the quality of my vehicle had nothing to do with this reflection of a low offer either. Their website will quote you well, and thus lure you in for a test drive. To then meet an offer 3k-4k less than anticipated. Spoke with the GM and he offered to make a better trade in deal and asked what I wanted. I said give me a number in the range originally provided and a deal will be made. Crickets. No response yet, after numerous points of contact back and forth. Very dissatisfied with this service, and very unhappy that I was mislead and essentially wasted 2 hours of my Friday with them. Not to mention, they will try and pull listings of a “similar” vehicle to yours that is in another state that isn’t even similar to your own vehicle, and of course is selling for less. Ridiculous.

Drove my new used car off the lot and it quit accelerating so I took it back. They were kind and gave me a loaner until mine was fixed but then when I got my car back it was completely on E and i gave loaner back on full. Now 2 months down the line I've already had to get get new tires and have to get new brakes and rotors on a car I've only had a couple months. Not pleased!!!

Scott was very helpful and went above and beyond to find and show me cars that would work for me! He went as far as bringing the car to my home for a test drive. I would absolutely recommend working with Scott to find your new used vehicle!

Excellent place to get a vehicle from they go out they way to make sure you are satisfied they dnt just try an put u in anything like other places I have been to they care about making sure you get the vehicle that you like I would give them 100 stars if i could thanks again it needs to be more people like this in this world

Please don’t make the same mistake we didBought a Kia Sorento ($8,000) from them and 3 days after the purchase my mechanic diagnosed that the engine was going out of it. I took it back and they traded me into a Nissan Murano ($10,000). After we drove it off the lot we found that the radio only played one station which was what the vehicle was on when we left, the backseat didn’t lay down, and the rear door automatic button only worked in the front. We were right at the 9 month mark with our baby so it was hard to find time to diagnose everything. Finally did and the mechanic thought that the vehicle was having fuel issues but after 8 months of diagnostics we found that it was the transmission. They offered to give us $5,000 for the vehicle and wouldn’t do anything to make it right. They than wanted to put me into another vehicle. This is the last place I would trust.

Awful salesman. They are really proud of their high mileage used vehicles and will not negotiate. They are too good for you. I did buy an avalanche elsewhere though and am very happy.
