45 minutes waiting for 2 employees at the return desk to decide about me returning 2 items bought online. Took 2 times explaining and showing them proof on my phone on Target website before they gave me 2 gift cards as my refunds!! Won't ever buy online and then try to return them to the store. Shop in the stores and keep those receipts!!

Came here for a video game and left without it. I pushed the button for help and no employee in sight for over 30 min. At 7:30. On a Friday. I could hear employee radios but could find nobody. Will give my game money to amazon or gamestop.

This Target is garbage. Employees are disgruntled and useless. Sat at checkout (holding up the line) for 20 minutes waiting for a teamworker to collect a coupon off of a pair of batteries. Store wasn’t even busy. 1 employee looked at me and walked away from me after me asking her for help. Pathetic and won’t be returning.

Dillon was extremely rude. It was 9:45pm he locked the entrance doors and ask us how many items are we getting? I stated I was just here yesterday and that has never happen before. He continued to say”well Walmart closes their doors at 9:30 on Allen road”. I didn’t ask about Walmart just because I have an Afro and I challenged what he was doing. It was a problem. I shop at this target almost everyday and neverrrrrr experienced DILLON. He continued to be rude with other customers as well. I shop at target to get a new experience. If I want nasty attitudes and rude employees, I would went to Walmart. This is unacceptable.

I frequent this store since it's the closest one to me, but it frustrates me that this location has some of the most unhelpful employees I've encountered. Got dirty looks from one stocking food items for saying "excuse me", and after today I've counted TWO times now that I've had to go back to get the security tags removed from my items. Not sure why the security tags don't set off the alarms, but it's been this way for almost 3 years now. Could also use some cleaning and organizing... Might as well go the longer drive to the East Peoria location.

Ugh - they refused to take my Business check from CEFCU - said “ it was too small of a bank “ . We are a family farm business growing here in Midwest .
I offered to pay with personal check - Supervisor refused to do it - said I would have to go stand in line ( 5 deep ) .
