Having lived in the SW part of the country I was already used to having my home windows tinted. After that experience I've had my house in Maine and now here in Illinois tinted as well.
Using Sungard was a deliberate choice which turned out to be a great decision. The reps knowledge of tinting as well as the different solutions to what I was looking for made the decision making process simple.
When the techs arrived they worked rather quickly, explained what and how they were proceeding and finished my entire house in a few short hours. The biggest surprise was the price. Not nearly as expensive as I feared and I was even pleased with how little they charged compared to other locations in the country. This was a great decision to protect my wood floors and furniture, as well as the wood window sills.

Had 2 skylights installed with pleated shades. The seal is uneven around both skylights and had a piece of frame damaged and missing from each. This is visible as the ceiling with the skylights is low. Came back a second time to I thought repair the first skylight frame but nope. Then damaged the second. Was not apologetic for poor professional install nor any attempt to repair the damage.

I recommend Sungard for all of your window shades and safety film. I have used them in two of my school districts and they are great at communication, professionalism, and quality.

I needed help with my remote blinds...in replacing batteries the holders for the batteries kept cracking. I googled Hunter Douglas and found Sungard here in Bloomington. They had the perfect solution.....rechargable batteries. I was elated and all 6 windows in the family room are now so easy for me to just recharge without struggling with batteries and cracked holders and trying to re-install. Kennedy did a great job helping me and the installer was very helpful explaining and quickly installing. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Mrs. Alisha came out to my residence to take measurements for new blinds. Mrs. Alisha was very nice and professional, she helped me chose the perfect color to match my wood floors. The two contractors whom were sent to install my blinds were on time! They were very respectful of my property inside&out. I timed them they had my living room two bedroom blinds up less then 30mins it was exactly 20mins on my watch. This young man I have to shine the light on because, he was very knowledgeable of his job and excellent communication! I highly recommen SunGard Windows to install your blinds. My I please add this young man is sharp at it he won't disappoint and they both didn't mess around came in got rite to it! 5 stars can't began to exspress 10 in my book. Thank you..

Our office window film is great. Alishia was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgeable about their products. I had other companies give me estimates but SunGard's professionalism throughout the process from the quote to the installation was what sold us.

Expensive. Love shades. They are perfect for bay window. I would’ve preferred a tighter fit in window but this was best fit available. Regardless they are still completely private when closed.

Sales personnel very informative, pleasant and efficient. Installer very efficient, pleasant and timely. He was able to alter previous arch blinds to fit my new window so that I didn't have to order new ones to match new blinds below.
