My sons window got broken and insurance referred us to safelite. I wanted a 2nd option and called Stephen's Auto Glass. They quote $150 less and got us in the next day.

I needed a new windshield... from the young lady answering the phone to the young man installing the windshield, it was smooth sailing... the cost was a little less expensive from the other bids.. besides, they answered their phone, not like safelite, who kept directing you to their web page...

Easy to find, free handicap accessible parking. Staff was on time, friendly, efficient and well trained. Fix my windshield in what seemed like moments. The impact on my windshield left a big star. After repair I estimate it was 80% gone and for $75.00 I'm very happy. Thank you all.

This week I took my co worker to pick up his truck they replaced windshield.. they then said his wiper transmission was “cracked” before they messed with it and they broke it when they messed with it!! BS we are mechanics at a shop down the street, we know that wiper transmissions don’t just crack. Luckily he can fix it himself but most people can’t! Don’t go here something might magically “break”.

Brock called me and said that he would be at my house at 7:50 and he was. He got the windshield replaced with in an hour, as promised. We are very happy with the service.

We had a windshield replaced on a Grapple Truck for the business and Stephens Auto Glass did a wonderful job. Not only did they come to us and replace the windshield, their customer service person was very nice and accomidating to our needs. We have recently repaired and replaced other glasses on our vehicles by another company, but I will have to say Stephens did a better job and more affordable. I will continue to use Stephens for any future repairs!!
