Overheard the workers making fun of some older folks that came in with some questions after they left. When I spoke up about it the girl waiting on us then had an attitude with us. Completely uncalled for.

Went to this store a couple days ago and they have improved greatly from the last time I had visited! My previous visit it seemed like no one knew what they where doing and was moving way to slow for such a simple task. But now it seems they've hired competent employees.

Unless you absolutely need a phone today, just go online. They'll try to screw you on the trade in price and oversell the phone and accessories. Buy from tmobile online. Get accessories from Amazon. Avoid entry level sales bros trying to screw you.

I always go to the T-mobile store on University. Brandis is the best. She always helps me with every question and concern I have. She's very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Amazing smile and personality and I always leave with what I need.

After visiting other T-Mobile locations with no success. We visited Megan G and she was able to transfer our service from the old Sprint Network and move us over to T-Mobile Network. She also was also able to save us $50 on our monthly charges. Win-Win ! Meaghan's customer service was outstanding.

I started in Pekin on Court and they are the rudest, most obnoxious group of customer service people I have ever worked with. I went back to find answers to a technical question and I immediately left when the manager Jeremy did what he does best and proclaimed a lecture on his brilliance.I went to the corporate center in Metro Center and I was blessed to get Dan who has been with T-Mobile for 10 years and you can tell as soon as he starts talking. You can understand his explanation and we were done in no time.I highly recommend going to this location if you are serious about joining T-Mobile and want to understand what you need to do to get it all to work.Do not go to the East Peoria corporate location.

Haley is the girl to go to for setting up phone plans and knowing all the answers to your questions! She was so helpful and nice, it really made what i thought would be a difficult move to tmobile a postive experience. First time doing this and it felt so easy with her! Especially since customer service from the carriers were spinning me in circles on what to do. So again, thank you haley, you really put an ease to my confusion!

Worst Experience they are wrongly selling their 25% store discount promotion which results into more out of pocket. Plus not fixing their mistake. I had to spend 1hr with Tmobile support on call and get that fixed. Tmobile is a good service, this store is not. Please go somewhere else instead of here.

Tea, I think he name was, had great customer service. The other chic, can't think of her name, didn't have great customer service. ? I was told that my bill would be one price, when I got the bill it was more than what I was expecting. Got the phone free, I will be buying it out, and going to another carrier

It was ok. I'd have to say, I'm not real sure I like T- Mobile. I've had Sprint since the 1990's. I have dealt with their ups and downs. I was forced to change my sim cards, my phone & my husband's. The phone keeps refreshing the sim card. We'll see how this goes.

Was in on Saturday to add a new phone to my plan. Was aided by Meagan, who did an exceptional job, and made my visit a pleasure. Great network, great service, and very good value ($25/mo to add another phone).Thanks!!
