Bought a lift chair as I just had major posterior neck surgery. Was shown a few chairs and ended up purchasing one at over $3,000.00. The one in tried out was comfortable. My guess is the display chair had been set in hundreds of time.
Called to see about returning it. The chair is hard, my feet do not touch the floor, even when lifted all the way. The knee lift is not at my knees, the head lift is at my suture line. They WILL NOT return unless we pay 25% of the cost. If we exchange we would be out $800.00.
Last time for my money to be spe t at Sherman's and we furnished an entire kitchen and 3 bedroom. We've o ly had the chair a week. Poor customer service.

The absolute worst customer support experiences for a premium brand. Consistently awful. Runaround and lack of knowledge/expertise to resolve simple problems is embarrassing. I'm no longer a proud owner. DO NOT BUY.

Good experience at Peoria, IL location. Demonstrated options. Recommended cover and sheets. Would have hoped after spending $7K.....would have got some free sheets/pillows.

Robert the salesman at sleep number went above and beyond to make sure I got the bed I wanted. I am disabled and on a fixed income so I went in with a tight budget. He was able to work in that budget. He was kind and compassionate, to my situation. I recommend this store to anyone looking for a great bed

Never thought I'd be sleeping on a sleep number bed! Patrick was very friendly and helpful without being pushy or trying to up sell us on anything.

Robert and the staff at Sleep Number were extremely helpful in helping us select the right bed for us. The delivery personnel were terrific, too, and the bed is quite comfortable.

This was an amazing experience! Lisa explained all the bed options,pricing and explained the warranty, and how it was prorated. There was no pressure for us to buy a bed or that we even needed to make a decision that day. When we had decided what we wanted Lisa showed us all the options there were for sheets and pillows again no pressure to buy from them.
Best bed I had ever laid on. I am looking forward to sleeping in my new bed.
I also want to add that she was very honest about what it would cost to exchange the bed ,there was no misleading information.

My wife and I had a great experience. We didn’t know which bed we wanted when we went in the store but Lisa was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

Wanted to love this mattress. Unfortunately my back hurt worse
Tried for a few months and didn't get better. They talked me into exchanging for a different bed.. Same result. I did a refund and they charged me $250 plus tax every time they came to my house to deliver or pick up. Salesman never mentioned this so I'm stuck paying over$800 for a returned bed. Beware of the extra charges. They are not upfront about charges you will incur. It's as glorified air mattress and would not recommend but some people obviously like it. Decide for yourself but beware of the charges

Update: Our bed was delivered today and the gentlemen who delivered did a fantastic job. I am changing my stars because everyone I worked with after the initial cancelation were great and changed what started as a bad experience to a positive one.
Update: I called customer service and explained that i have already had to wait 3 weeks and should not be pushed 1 more weeks due to their delivery issues. A supervisor was able to get me rescheduled for later this week. I appreciate her hearing me concerns and doing everything she could to help.
So far my experience is starting horrible
I have waited several weeks for my scheduled delivery and just got a call during the time it is supposed to be delivered saying they need to cancel and reschedule me. The soonest is two weeks from now. Spending thousands of dollars, you would think they would reschedule me for the next day not make me wait 2 more weeks. I have fibromyalgia and am suffering and now I have to put my bed back together.
