I purchased a dishwasher from Sherman’s 3 years ago that still does not work. They have been out over 5 times for the same issue. Maybe next year? Do not shop here if you want to be taken care of after your purchase.Update:Sherman’s called to explain their end of this and I asked the manager what she would do if the dishwasher she purchased didn’t work for the first three years after purchase. She stated she would hand wash her dishes.

We love Sherman’s! I was taken care of very well! I even had three employees working to find me exactly what I needed!! They are incredibly nice, very helpful and we will always go back there! Shout out to Kevin and Greg for their prompt, kind, amazing service!!

Just bought a new dryer from Sherman's. I do business with Sherman's because they support the Christian Center. As long as they continue to do so, I will continue to buy my furniture and appliances from Sherman's.

We looked for refrigerators at several places before trying Sherman’s. Shermans staff was very helpful in narrowing down the refrigerators that would work in our space. I highly recommend them.

Sherman's always provides great service. My family has been going to Sherman's as long as I can remember. They always have knowledgeable, helpful and friendly sales associates and installation people. Greg Lutz was super helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so glad Sherman's has been able to survive going up against the big box stores.

I love my new dresser and mirror. They almost look too nice to be in my house. The tracking app worked just fine for me. I do want to commend the gents who made the delivery and did the assembly of the furniture -Marcus and Zeph. They did a great job and were very accommodating with my requests.
