Sc2 waco was okay in 2017 until a boss showed up in 2019...I Was demoted in 2022 for their own family value... Was told I was unfit after a 2year contract and the boss son turned of age.. I worked there 5years and any complaints was made up due to moving their on blood up instead of good employees being able to have a career...people are quitting do to unfit management... Bad place to work in waco texas I do not recommend...

Picked up at 1630 on 09/25 @millwood in apple creek, ohio. after waiting 2 hours for my pick up number I finally got loaded. Out the door at 1800, informed the broker that I would not make my 10 am appointment to this place on 09/26, was informed they would let the customer know and ask for accommodations for when i arrive. The rude lady behind the receiving desk is no help at all. Gave her the information she asked for, said she had no appointments through the carrier or broker. This is a drop and hook only for our carrier, and should not be this difficult. Waiting now for the broker to get everything situated so I can DROP a trailer. Would give 0 stars strictly based on customer service.

Worst place to work for, liked my job did not like my supervisor, she had it out for me since day one.. was wrongfully fired. They told me you have 3 1/2 points to last to you for 90 days, well, I get my 30 day evaluation with Terra, my supervisor and get fired. Due to having three points and "Bad Production." Me, bad production... haha. I work harder than some people even on my line, I half the time wouldn't even take my breaks. Only my lunch break. The reason I would have bad production is due to the fact that the person she put in charge of being puller would bring me parts of very low quantity. Call me paranoid, call me crazy but I believe it was her fault. She purposely caused me to have bad production. She would also not give me work when I would confront her and tell her I wasn't brought any parts. She would also not tell me the correct way to do things so I would make mistakes due to her lack of knowledge. She is a horrible supervisor, I am not the only one to agree. If I had been on a different line I would have strived to excellence. I'm a fast packer, if you would watch me, you'd truly noitce. I talked to Jessica the Floor manager about my issues with Terra because I felt bullied and harrassed and she railroaded me and tried to say it was all my fault but it was not. Two days ago, I did 418 parts. Thats not even the most I've done in a day either. Terra did not like me and so I was let go. Instead of moved to a new line where I could thrive, I was fired. Don't apply. They will do anything they can to see you fired if they don't like you. Specially by feeding you wrong information about your job so you mess up on purpose. Trust me. Maybe if you had a different line. Yeah. But they put you on "C Line" when hired to be trained and it goes downhill from there. No one will get close to success on her line. Everyone will quit or be fired. She has no management skills at all. She lacks work ethic.
