I was in sams club today at 61615 zip code. The young lady at the customer service desk was awesome. Her name was Grace . She handle every one of the customers very patiently and politely. I just wanted to give a shout out for her for being very professional and meanwhile very nice 👍 👌

I love this place. They have so many different items. Clothes, shoes, detergent, food, and so much more. There's always something new. Designer items at a lower cost. Did I say I love this place? ❤️

I am trying to cancel my relative’s membership and I have financial power of attorney on the phone. Sam’s Club is requiring me to go into a store and show all legal paperwork. They refuse to do this online.
Every service I have been calling for 4 days has done the cancellation online.
Sam’s club…. Horrible customer service.

Have been a member at Sam's for almost 3 or 4 years. Did the scanning go? My receipting popped up it scanned. The products got ready to walk out the door and the lady told me. I need to go back and pull up my receipt when the thing popped up and said okay, but on hurt and I guess it didn't say okay. But it was a older white lady in front of me. That did not have a receipt out or a phone out. And she just waved her through the door and told her to go through. I had to physically close down. Go all the way back into the app. To get the receipt when it already gave me the OK on my end. And I even showed her that and she said no. You need to give me your receipt. Felt like I was being racial profile today. First time ever going the Sam's that I felt like that. Call back to speak to customer service. She wanted to overtop me. Did not want to hear anything. I had to say being when I said I felt like I was being racial profile. She wants to say she's not racist. I asked her what her name was. She refused to give me her name and hung up on me. Waiting on hold for a supervisor for more than 15 minutes. Supervisor got on a phone kept saying hello I said hello, they act like they didn't hear me hung up. Call back twice the phone ring and rang and nobody answered it very highly upset. I have a member's plus card. I pay a $110 a year for this card. Now I feel like I wanna leave and go to Costco.

Delivery trucks expect to do your 30 here. Wasn't expecting to do mine which destroyed my trip planning so hopefully I can make it to my next delivery.
21 Jan 2025: Update it's 0° no doors r open for delivery again this place is a hellish place to deliver. Definitely informing my company to not deliver here again.

I do not like the fact that scan and go prices are lower than going thru the register. If the cart is full, the wait at the door to leave is horribly long while they make sure you didn't steal something. Who's saving time? Not me!

Better than Costco. More selections. Scan and Go. They don't make me feel like a criminal with all the ID checks. Easy to find items as they aren't moved around all the time.
