always so packed, not enough check out personnel to get you out in a timely manner. you're left to scan and check out your own items then asked for your receipt to verify you paid for everything, just like Walmart doe, if you don't trust us, hire more workers to scan and check us out

My favorite thing about this Sam's Club is that you can get fresh squeezed orange juice, something I can't find at other locations no matter how hard I look! I am pretty sure it is made in store and it's always so sweet and very addicting. Great selection of products, convenient location in town, and love the four berry sundae at the food court. Not a bad place to get tires either. I just wish this location had a gas station attached like other places to get the most out of our membership!

I went to Sam’s Club today with an issue. The first manager at the service desk couldn’t care less and refused to help. After walking through the store I asked for another manager. I met Elise and she was very friendly and assured me she could solve my issue. Thank you Elise for helping me and not just saying too bad. So appreciative of Elise.

I cannot get anyone to answer the optical phone or the main phone. there is no answering machine. they did not measure my progressive glasses correctly and I cannot getvthem to answer the phone. I live 35 miles from the club so I would like to just call them before driving that far

I visited this store 9/1/22 and when I was checking out the cashier told me to put everything on the belt. If I was going to check myself out I would have went to the self checkout. I went to the Sam's club.com/club feedback and I never heard from anyone. After trying 3 different times to try to get some feedback I talked to someone who knows so I am trying this now. So why is it so easy to wipe out feedback? Thank you

We were sick with COVID and missed a payment. They closed our account and sent it to collections without notifying us by mail or phone. I just found out today 2/03/2022. I called their number and spoke with their representative overseas and was charged penalties and late fees of $200. I'm finished with supporting Chinese communist companies!! Our family will only buy American made products at American based businesses!! Let's go Brandon!

*Tire Shop Review Only* I have gotten tires at Sams in the past and was pleased! BUT today I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience... After ordering tires and making an appointment over the phone with a real-life-person tire associate, I drove an hour to the appointment to get my tires put on only to find there was no appointment booked for when I was told. This alone was incredibly frustrating, but the worst part was the terrible customer service in the tire department. The associate at the tire counter was very rude, unapologetic, impatient, & unhelpful. He did not listen to me, and tried to reschedule me (at my initial request) for times I specifically told him would not work. I had to repeat times that I could try to make an appointment again, twice. I finally ended up talking to a manager and team leader that were very apologetic and kind, but I ultimately cancelled my order due to the experience. Prices are ok, but if you are looking for any kind of customer service, please find another place. I will not go back again.

So basically, it started off a pretty normal day (this was rare, seeing that I have 7 siblings). My dad and I went to go pick up our groceries from Sams because we needed to stock up on a lot of stuff because of corona (the virus, not the beer). We had just pulled up to the Sams Club pick up, and so my dad got out of the car to go get our stuff (yeah they make you go inside). I could see him from the front passenger seat, and I watched him as an employee dude walked up to him. I saw the guy say something to my dad (I'm assuming about the groceries), and then my dad said something back and smiled. But then, the unexpected happened. The guy coughed on my dad. In his face. And he didn't even apologize. I was disgusted. My dad got our groceries and we left as quickly as possible. I would say that we're never coming back, but since my parents are the ones paying for my food, I have no say in anything. Also I kind of like the 4 berry sundae but the churros are stale.

I just got kicked out of Sams Club in Peoria,IL. I was next door at Kohl's and decided to run in for a couple of things. I was told it was only open for "plus" members until 9am(its 8:30am). I asked if I could go ahead and get the few things that I NEED, but not check out until 9 and was told I needed to leave the store until 9am. Hey Sams Club, how about I vacate permanently! Ugh! I wasn't even going to buy toliet paper!! No membership renewal for me next year!

the Peoria store is the most unorganized Sam's I have ever been too. it's like a huge rummage store...Standing in line for the cafe is no room for people to walk by..everyone is everywhere. the service desk is gone...no desk at all..just a small little check.out area. It is not a good experience to go here anymore! will not be renewing this year!!
