A cashier's check from Regions was given to my minor daughter for her outstanding grades at graduation. I took the check back to Regions, as I thought it would be simpler process to get the check cashed. Lord was I wrong. The lady did the best she could but my daughter and I stood there for a solid 30 minutes before I asked if someone else could help. She tried to get me to come back the next day to open a savings account because my daughter didn't have an I.D. as a 14 year old, which didn't make sense either. Meanwhile, they're closing the bank down and I and my daughter are still standing there. She called the issuer of the check and was given further confirmation that the check was a legit check. I didn't understand why it was an issue, seeing that the check came from their bank. A simple search in there system could find the cashier's check number. I'm not a wizard, nor did I think it would require rocket science to get the check cashed. I would recommend further training for these situations or even job aids readily available.I'm just glad it's over.

I started a new job. Deposited my first check via mobile, got it in 48 hours. My next check, I Deposited at the bank's ATM. Now my payroll check has been on hold since Friday (6 days now), "waiting to clear". In that time Ive called the check issuer bank, they cleared the check DAYS AGO! Now my water has been shut off and I have no money for my daughter's birthday today. Worst experience I've ever had with a bank in my whole life!!!

If I could leave a no star that's would be best. I wish I checked the rating before I ever opened up an account. There's a reason they're a 2 star bank.

Walked in to open an account after calling numerous times, to no avail. While standing in the ‘waiting area’ the two men continued on with their conversation, ignoring us. I called while standing in the bank, no one flinched- no one answered! A few minutes after being ignored, we left! This would be a great place for bank robbers... but no for someone who likes some level of customer service! Would give less than 1 star if possible!

This is the worst bank in the history of financial institutions. Not only would I not recommend this bank, I would recommend strongly that those banking here grab there funds and transfer to CEFCU or another local establishment. The fees for basic banking services are astronomical, the customer service is completely lacking and the overall experience seems shady! Don’t go!

Amanda and her manager worked diligently to resolve my issue. This stellar customer service is why I continue to bank with Regions. Where the customer service hotline failed, the branch employees triumphed. Impressive customer service!

My Mom went here to just get a money order for our rent, my name is on the account,I was at work. They were grilling her like she was a criminal. It was a money order which she was in line for a half hour. I will let them know tomorrow. I have had an account for 4 years, thinking about changing it now

I have never had a bad experience at this bank, actually it's been the complete opposite. They are always willing to help and have always been polite and understanding any time I have any questions. I have to thank Kris personally at the Sterling Ave branch in Peoria, as I have mostly dealt with her. If you are looking for great service and a bank that takes the time to explain things fully, then Regions is the bank for you. I have had a great experience each time I have done business with them.

This is the slowest bank I’ve ever had to deal with. As a store manager at Northwoods Mall that has to use this bank the tellers need to move a little faster. I’ve opened late too many times because I’ve spent over an hour waiting to get my change orders for the day and my deposit receipts from the precious day.

They did not answer the phone and I could not leave a message because it was full of unanswered messages! Very difficult to deal with people that you cannot even talk with.

One person working drive thru and drive thru. Made me wait purposely. The lady was rude with a smile!
