I love this place was down bad and had no where to go I stayed in mine for a month until I left and would recommend this place for storage over any of the others

They raised my rent so much over the years, I had to move to a smaller unit. The unit cost 110 to new people but the charge me 194.

Coming from out of town. The unit is creepy and wooded. Wasn't what i expected. Tried calling and no one has picked up. Unaccepatable.

I’ve rented here for nearly a year. During that time the facility has been great and the customer service fine. I have dealt with a roof leak in my unit off and on for several months, no damage. After A LOT of back and forth I finally have some resolve. This is a nice, secure facility.

It was nice being able to get into a unit same day on a weekend, had an issue with the code but it was taken care easily. My poor review is the condition on units, 1 st unit had a hole in the ceiling and the floor was wet, the 2nd unit also had water on the floor. I will only be staying for the month paid for.

Vast improvement from Cubesmart. Units are clean and well maintained, access gates actually work (even greeted us by name), and cost about a third of what cubesmart was (over) charging us. Much better choice.

I have my trucks here, I'd thought they would be safe. I was wrong I had my catalytic converter stolen off of one of them about a month or 2 ago, thought bit was a one time thing, I was driving it awhile and noticed every time I came back the gate has been open and wasn't closing. I parked my tuck again and within a week the other one is gone now. I've been trying to contact red dot but every time I try the automated caller just goes silent and doesn't respond whatsoever, this location is the worst and I will stop my business with this company.

I had rented at a different location in the past and it was OK. I have 3 10x25 Storage units at the Peoria Illinois location plus a parking spot. This facility is not well-kept. Some of the door latches are hard to open because of the rust. The worst thing is the large potholes when you drive in through the gate. The potholes are so deep and you can’t drive around them because there’s not room. They have been like this now for sometime, I don’t understand why they haven’t been repaired yet.
