Got my car washed today, full service premium, at the N Knoxville location. Got home and noticed that the rear tire mudflaps had not been touched at all. I expect more.

The older lady who checks you out inside the store leaves much to be desired for customer service! Very rude - Unfortunately one person
Can really ruin a good experience!
Everyone else was nice and did a great job!

Service used to be above average. I had previously purchased the monthly service. Recently it has really gone downhill. The service is half what it used to be and The hours are so customer restrictive it’s impossible for me to get my car washed on days I work. I would highly recommend club car wash if you’re looking for a customer friendly quality car wash home.

Just left this car wash that we use frequently and it was awful! The wash was great but little to no wipe down of outside of truck. No wipe down of inside doors, no windows washed and half of passenger side inside wiped down. I capfuls understand if it was miserably hot out, but it was a beautiful morning. Hubby came home and did it himself. Doubt I’ll be coming back for awhile.

I am on a very strict budget. Saying that, I just wasted $45 to treat myself by getting my car washed and vacuumed. I've been to this location before with no problems. This time was a completely horrible experience. My truck didn't even look to be vacuumed at all and the mats were a mess. I will never again trust or spend the money to have this place service my truck. Heartbroken and sick to my stomache on the money I wasted. This money also included a tip. Drivers side at first glance looked fine. Further inspection proved otherwise.

Today was the second time I took my Jeep here and never again! No hustle, no attention to detail, not enough workers. Asked to have mats cleaned, but after they dried they still looked dirty. Red Carpet in downtown Peoria never fails to deliver great service, so I'll have to drive out of my way in the future.

Delivered parts for the auto wash. Owner is a STELLAR guy!!! Was amazed by how much room there was to maneuver a tractor trailer.

Wish I could leave a lower review - took a brand new F150 to this wash and it scratched the paint. I paid for "The Works" ($30) and the truck was not even clean. The rain could've done a better job.An employee could see the scratches and offered to help and talk to the owner. Owner came out and acted like he couldn't see anything. He tried to get an attitude to reverse the situation on me. Finally, he admitted his machines didn't clean the truck at all, but never admitted to the scratches. All in all, this car wash won't clean your truck so do not take it there. It'll also scratch it and the owner will act like nothing happened. Don't go here. Wash yourself.

I went to get a full service on my suburban, i had broken windshield so there was some glass still in the vehicle , my point is they did not whipped a thing inside , didnt take my trash out , they said the dont touch people s personal belongings , i sent it through again and there is still glass on my seat very unhappy with service . Dont use services here . I attached some photos of bad service.

It was hard to schedule an appointment for a full detail; no one answered the phone. We finally went in person and got an appointment for three days later. We chose the dazzler level, since we didn’t need the engine cleaned, just the interior and exterior. We were disappointed with the results. There were small pieces of trash left on seats and in cubbies. If you moved the seats forward or backward, you could see that they didn’t even vacuum under the seats, which is why you pay for someone to detail your car. If I can open the driver door and see dirt, it’s a problem. The back rows of our traverse were obviously quickly done and much was missed. We had to take the vehicle to another car wash to use the free vacuums to finish the job. Very disappointing! Why did I pay for someone to do a mediocre job on this?

I'm so frustrated that this town has NO good full service car washes. I gave this place a few tries and each time I'm so disappointed. For almost $30 bucks, I shouldn't have to reclean and rewipe my car. The vacuum guy did a good job getting the doghair and leaves out but then once you get to the inside wiping staff at the end of the line it all goes to sh*t. First, there was a distinct difference between the guy wiping the left inside of my car (he did an OK job) and the other person on the right side (she left visible paw prints from my dogs all over the door). And they both missed the center and the dash. Geez just one good place for a good car wash in P-town that's all I'm asking for Christmas!

Paid $30 for a wash and vacuum. their whole job was unsatisfactory. I had to take the rags and wipe down my car their vacuum job. All they did was vacuum my front according to their manager Brett they don't vacuum under the seat because there might be a diamond ring there. They don't move your second row seat to get to the third wheel to vacuum it, they don't move your bags from your trunk to vacuum it which I was asked if I wanted the trunk to be vacuumed but nobody mentioned to me I'd have to move the stuff myself so in all this company gets a big fat 0-0 from me manager Brett he's not a good customer service guy doesn't know how to satisfy his customers Never again and I don't recommend anybody use this company I shouldn't even put a one star but there's no options to give no stars if you don't put a star they won't let you post.
