I had a lot of damage from tree limbs from a storm on my vehicle. They got me in as quickly as they possibly could and kept me updated on my vehicle the whole time that it was in the shop! When I got my vehicle back it looked amazing. They did a great job. Can't even tell. It's a 2020 vehicle but it looks brand new! Thank you to Justin and his crew!

These guys are very sloppy. They repaired body damage to my driver door (insurance claim) only to create even more damage on the interior panel, they scratched the tint on my window and worst of all, they disrupted the computer software which has now rendered the locking mechanism on my passenger door nonfunctional. If you have e to disconnect the battery and the computer resets the expectation is that you will reset it to its previous condition and not cause the customer more trouble. Now I’m required to pay BMW a large fee to troubleshoot and fix the issue Procision caused. What’s worse is that the owner stated that I’d be responsible if the passenger door locking system wasn’t caused by the original accident that caused the damage to my driver door. If Justin would be so kind as to fix my passenger door lock, the result of their shoddy work, I would be happy to remove this comment. But from his tone, which was defensive, I don’t think that will happen.

I was in a car accident and Justin came and towed my car from Bloomington to Peoria. I've learned to have patience when it comes to body repair on my car. I'm glad I did, bc my car looks fantastic! I also like supporting family owed businesses, they are more personal. I'd have to give them 5☆☆☆☆☆ star rating. Thank you again to everyone at Precision Auto Body, especially Justin ( the owner) & his wife. Made it a pleasant and easy going experience from start to finish!!!!

Hit a deer back in December, had to twist some arms at the insurance agency, but the shop was GREAT. A little slow due to backorders, but that's not their fault in the slightest. They kept me updated and Informed. As for the finished product? Incredible. The paint matched exactly. No pooling of the paint or anything. Ended up with a new hood, bumper, hood hinges, radiator supports, quarter fenders, windshield and a few others. Finished product looks better than how it did before I hit the deer! Will absolutely bring my vehicles back here if I need body work done.

My car got hit by another vehicle and Procision was quick to come tow my car from my house, the same or next day...3 months later after they had the check in front of them the whole 3 months.... And I'm still carless and it's still not getting repaired and no one has contacted me...And I was fully insured and everything...
