Best jewelry store ever! I absolutely love the owner!! Also, several of the employees!! Very helpful, not pushy, know a lot about quality of jewelry and helped me make the best decision based on what I wanted and my budget!I've visited several other jewelry stores in town but ultimately...no one compares to P & A in my heart...so I bought a beautiful new ring there.Have several other pieces of jewelry from them and I always get compliments!!!

Second time shopping here and the variety for male wedding bands was the best in Peoria. All of the staff was extremely helpful. I had to upsize my finished wedding band, and it was done with plenty of time to spare before the wedding. Highly recommend.

My mother had bought a watch a Kohls Dept store in the fine jewelry dept and needed a battery replacement. Since they no longer provided the service and we could no longer find any other stores, I just happened to come across this store online. As it was an actual jeweler I expected the price for a simple battery replacement to be more that the watch value. HOWEVER, I WAS VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. Not only was the price less than what I previouly paid any where else, but the staff were incredibly friendly, wait time was less than 5 minutes and cost was $10.00 for my mom's particular watch. Could not be more satisfied. Will continue to go to this store for repairs, battery replacement, as well as highly recommend to others who are looking for professional looking for a friendly jeweler to work with. My husband has been going here for a long time. This is the only place he trusts to do his watch repair or battery change.I went with him last Friday to discuss options for various rings I have had for years, but no longer wore. Keeping all of our options open we did not know what to expect. I was overwhelmed with all the beautiful bling. Gina C. was very patient and understanding. She guided us through discussions of finance and affordability. She listened to me when I explained the type of rings I did not like. Gina listened to me when I described what I did like. She was wonderful. Gina helped to make our experience at Potter and Anderson extraordinarily memorable. I truly believe my new rings are the most beautiful jewelry I have ever seen. They are affordable. Plus, we have a terrific experience to remember it all.

Over priced in comparison to surrounding stores and no warranty available in case anything were to happen to your piece of jewelry. They have associates who know nothing about jewelry showing high dollar items. I would not trust them with my money or precious items here.

I went in to get a watch resized today- staff was so accommodating and helpful! They were personable, kind & I enjoyed talking with them & getting to finally wear my new watch :) cannot say enough good things about the ease of experience and attention staff provides to make sure you are satisfied! Called the office because I figured I would see if they could size my ring for my that my husband got me for christmas. I assume most places charge for this but there are places that don’t. So I asked very nicely if they charge to which the lady rudely laughed at me and said well yea it’s a service. Very poor customer service. I hate being a karen right now with the statement “you will never have my business” but you will never have my business with that snotty attitude

I have been going here for years. Bought my wife an second engagement ring (one you could see with the naked eye) and they were not only patient and helped me with my selection, all these years later they continue to check it to make sure the stone is secure - no charge and lots of smiles after many years. I wouldn't go any place else.

Tried to purchase some Waterford Crystal stem less wine glasses. I love to support local businesses but they were overpriced. They were priced at $140. Offered them $120, NO! Fine enough, ordered from Amazon for $106. Online isn't killing small business, they are doing it on their own.
