PODS made my home renovation project a smoother process. I was able to easily contact them and get a quote, pick a delivery date, and place the container right where I needed it. They were efficient, professional, and courteous with both delivery and pick-up of the container. The container endured throughout all four seasons maintaining a secure and dry environment for all of my items. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking the same service and features.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. It started with being required to chat with customer service for over an hour just to get a quote on cost. I just graduated medical school so right away I knew it cost too much to move forward. Somehow, an order was placed without me accepting any rental agreement, confirming a delivery, or providing my credit card information. All of a sudden, there is a PODS outside my apartment in two other residents’ rented parking spots and my credit card had been charged. Called customer service and was told I would be refunded and the container would be picked up in a week. And then my card (that I never provided them) was charged AGAIN. So now my neighbors don’t have their parking spots for a whole week and I still haven’t been refunded anything after several weeks.

The Pods associate on line were inconsistent and I felt I had to call them constantly to make sure the process was followed as planned. Changes in plans were difficult and getting updated verification were not clearly made. The local pods associates in the Peoria area did a great job of communicating with me wich made the drop off and return process very easy.

Jim Lamb was friendly and did an excellent job bring back our POD. Any future action on our order, if Jim Lamb did the work we couldn't be happier.

After my drop off and first month charge, my charges after that were not right. Made several calls over different issues, and never got a call from resolution person about my concerns or what was going on.

Customer service is pretty bad - it took over 2 hours to get anyone on the phone. This happened several times. Otherwise I was satisfied.

Wonderful way to be able to store your belongings in-between moving. Although the online was not so simple to understand and when I got ahold of a man on the phone he never informed me of packing blankets or dollies that u have to order to be given any to use.

Only issue I had with PODS was they moved it 4 days late. My POD sat in the driveway of the new owner, not good. Otherwise, I was happy with PODS service.

The most unprofessional, unresponsive company I’ve ever done business with. I do not recommend using, especially if you are a military family. Almost a year later and I am still dealing with them. Was passed to a higher lever service rep who just brushed me off and sent me back through the same process. Completely disrespectful and rude. Constantly got bounced around from person to person with zero help or they would drop my call.

Very convenient for what i needed. Their support was friendly and responsive when I had an issue. The pick up and drop off were timely and the driver took extra care to make sure the unit was placed as precisely as possible given our challenging driveway.
