Have multiple accounts with PNC Customer service is not the best every time I call.No one ever answers.Phone just keeps ringing. I was a customer with PNC before when they were national city.. I'm really thinking about closing out all my accounts!

Not the best in customer service and got a little bit of lip from a supposed " head teller" supervisor on a simple check deposit!! Come to think of it the lobby employee wasn't a bit of help either! Unfortunately, I had to call the CS line but I'm sure it didn't deter much. Will not be returning anytime soon!!

Computer dont work to give out $$ $100, $50's you know bills that people need. Took over 5 minutes to answer phone. Had no clue why cant get $$. Took another 5 to get back then hes still confused . Your closing branches wanting people to do their own on internet.You fine me if I don't have enough $$ I can't fine you for non availability of mine

PNC Bank was a very good bank I have had good experiences with this Bank the only problem I had was with the PNC Bank located in downtown Peoria which kind of salad me on the bank as a whole PNC is a good bank if you Bank anywhere from Pittsburgh East the one in the midwest Illinois Peoria it's not good

I have bank pnc for 8 or 9 years. I love my bank pnc. The bankers are so wonderful and help me out alot.

They will charge service fees for unknown items and their staff is useless. The teller was extremely friendly (which is the only star on the rating) but I had a problem with fraud on my account. When I spoke to the account manager, Kimberly, she spoke to me as though I was a child and I am 26. Then she said there was a fee to view MY account because it is a research request!! I called another location and the man there looked up the information for free so she was obviously lieing. She was rude and not helpful in any way. I WILL NEVER BANK WITH PNC- EVER!! Go to CEFCU!
