My daughters piercing was done wrong then I placed an order online, they returned it without me asking them to, then they couldn’t give me a reason why, then didn’t refund me the correct amount, refused to have a supervisor contact me, kept hanging up on me, or simply not respond. A complete nightmare!!

This was the first time that I've had my ear pierced in over 25 years. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it all was and the young woman who did the piercing was very helpful, knowledgeable, and an absolute treasure. I will definitely go back when I'm ready to pierce my nose or other ear.

Honestly, I've been there twice, and both times they were so nice to me, and gave me absolutely beautiful piercings! If I ever, and I mean EVER wanted to go and get more piercings, I would go there. I definitely recommend it!
