Do alot for our community but change the rules on our people ALOT. Say it's one thing and then switch their own rules up over and over. Still have alot of people saying they have been In contact with their housing assistant .. there are brand new apartments open ... but still aren't housed... common guys

This place is awful! Too busy playing office politics to do any good for the community. Some of the staff are so immature and unprofessional; literally refusing to do their jobs if they don't like with whom they have to work. Honestly, it's like a bad teen drama behind the scenes.

They gave me a couple rides to my PCP for which I was grateful.My problem is the last time I gave the visit paperwork, my next appointment paper, and my medical mmj endorsement to be copied.COPIED! Not taken and never returned. It's been about 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a replacement. I was told they don't have my paperwork. I don't intend to utilize the service again. Caused more trouble than I stared with. I hope your experience is better. I don't recommend their services.

Edit to add i managed to get ahold of my case worker all paperwork got finished so now im waiting for a place to be availableNovember 14th I met with one of the workers they said they would help me get into a place last time I spoke with my case worker was November 16th and I have been calling leaving voice mails and I even texted her and got no where even my medical (group) care manager even has a hard time even getting them to answer, I'm still homeless with no help from them if they actually help me then I'll change this review,

I believe their Wonderful! Happy people willing to help, answer, questions, explain and most definitely provide any help that’s needed! You get a bad apple sometimes but that’s not what this company stands for! What matters most is the help they provided when no one else would or you didn’t no where else to turn to they was there! Amazing people

I can't say I never had a complaint about using the services, but by far and wide it was very helpful. All the staff are great with some understandable bluntness sometimes. I lived in one of their properties for several years and it helped me get my life in order, out of the system and homelessness. I moved out a while ago and have a job and my own apartment somewhere else. I'm still very thankful and will never forget the help provided.

DO NOT COME HERE. They LIE. They are CARELESS. They have no interest in clients, in helping people, in empathy or decency. They only care about money.They should NOT be working with the public. They are TERRIBLE. If you have mental health issues, PTSD, or suicidal ideation, Phoenix is ACTIVELY DANGEROUS.DO. NOT. INTERACT.

Recently rebranded. It's called "Phoenix Community Development Services" as of May of 2019. I'm a bit biased, but I think this is a great organization that helps a ton of people in Peoria and surrounding areas. Provides housing for homeless individuals and provides behavioral health and many other supportive services to help the community. Staff is friendly and passionate about the work they do. If you want to donate or volunteer, just look them up and reach out!!
