Came here for a new battery back in late January. My car has died twice since having them install it. I took it to the East Peoria location to look at and turns out the battery wasn’t properly installed and my brackets were bad. Would not recommend this location.

Although the battery that I needed wasn't in stock, I do feel that it's my duty to let this company know that an associate named Robert Norris was more than willing to install a battery (had it been in stock) for me. Prior to stopping by this University location, I stopped by the Prospect location & was denied installation of the battery that I purchased by an associate named Ryan, who leaned upon the counter w/sunglasses on. I ended up going to Autozone & having them to assist me. As soon as I pulled up, the Autozone employees were already outside helping other customers & had no problem helping me as well. Ryan should take notes from not only the Autozone employees, but Robert as well. Thank you, Robert for being willing to help me when I truly needed it!!!

I stopped in to pick up a part and Nathan assisted me. Got that order taken care of super easy. Asked him some questions and he and the other associate on the floor assisted me in getting some other parts I had on my to do list. They were both knowledgeable and helpful in getting my needs taken care of at a great price. It's not often I feel good about a trip to auto parts stores.Great job guys!

I would not shop at your store in Peoria Illinois it can't keep a cannot keep a manager the manager was there left the worker was only there for a couple days or longer he didn't know what the hell to do couldn't find none of the I will never go there again

This is one of the worst places ever … the employees don’t know anything and are extremely racist … I heard an employee small red headed dude make racial slurs after a guy had to use a translator app . They also make commission and try and sell you parts that are jacked up so they get their little bonus … help the customer help people of all cultures especially if they have money!!
