Last month, my bf and I decided to buy a new house. Before we decided to buy this place, my bf called your company’s staff to come to the house to check whether the signal works or not because both of our jobs are rely on signal and internet a lot. One guy said the signal was good back in September. Now TODAY they just said the signal is bad and refused to install it and said no ways to solve this problem. If the signal is not good. Why not let us know early before we buy this place?The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced it has awarded $429,152,518 to Nextlink Internet through the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF) to bring gigabit fiber and wireless internet to underserved rural communities across 11 states in the Midwest.Now this is how your company uses the government’s money to offer customers’ this kind of irresponsible service. Very unprofessional and irresponsible!The signal is not good, we won’t buy this place because we thought your company was popular and responsible. BTW you also charged $70 for us without offering any useful ways to solve our problem. So if you can fix this problem or offer us some ways before this Christmas, that will be great, otherwise, we will keep reporting to FCC until this problem gets fixed. If the problem is still there and not fixed, we ask for a refund. We won’t cancel this comments until this problem is fixed.
