I went in today to get just regular nail polish nails done but when I wait a bit no big deal then when they got done cleaning my nails as soon they are done they said to pay now I’m like what should it be done the full service so I didn’t understand why I got pay now so I asked this girl when I was getting my nails dry if they make her pay first she said no never so why me? Then two of my nails the polish came off they were like huff at me probably annoyed of me at this point then they were like I should gotten gel but I didn’t want gel so why come at me ☹️
Like it made me feel like they were being bit racist to me I’m Mexican so idk what’s there deal was with me

Came by about 2:30 for Pedis for me and my daughters. They told us they could get us in at 4. We came back at 4. One of the girls started on 1 of my daughters after about 15 minutes of soaking in the foot tub. My other daughter and I sat there with our feet soaking for over 45 minutes and by that point, of course the water was cold. She used the hot stones for less than a minute on each of my legs and didn't rub my daughters legs or feet, even though we paid for the Spa Pedicure. Won't be back here. I have them 2 stars because the other lady did a decent job on other daughters.

I used to go there often but haven't been in long time and thought would go back for a pedicure. The polish is coming off after 2 days, I never have that happen at other salons. Will not go back!!

Poor job applying acrylic, shaping, and painting. My nails are thick, uneven and look wavy. I'll never return again.

The ladies filed me very badly, the truth is that they left me a little crooked and thick. I don't recommend that they go because then they treat you badly and then they raise the price of what they told you.

I was there on 1/25 getting a dip manicure and it started cracking and peeling on 1/27. Awful...waste of time and $50

I really enjoyed coming here! I was able to show them my reference photos and got exactly what I wanted. I came on a Saturday evening and it wasn't super busy. They had TVs going and I was able to keep my coffee with me, so I was comfortable. Everyone was kind and the nail tech was efficient and clean. It also wasn't super pricey. Only reason Im not giving five stars is because I asked for matte top coat and they put gloss, but next time I'll make sure communication goes better. Will definitely be returning!!

My boyfriend purchased a gift certificate for $80 from them for me for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately I didn't realize it was only good for 6 months instead of 1 year. When I found the certificate yesterday and called them today to see if they would kindly honor it (the 6 months deadline was less than one week ago), they refused. Really?!! Fabulous customer service. I will never go here and I won't recommend this place to anyone else.

The staff is extremely welcoming and complimentary. Very warm and pleasant environment will be returning. They really make you feel like top priority :)
