Owner poses themself as a pouty baby, the rest of the staff are insanely rude. Comparable to a modern day scammer, is a joke that fits them well from my experience.

There's already several 1-star reviews, but this 1-star comes from the CEO of a car rental agency. My employee was told $225 on the phone, but upon arrival (same day) they add on additional fees (increasing the total to $380) for "processing" and get this... "load out" -- which in the owners own words is a $50 fee to drive our vehicle out of their building because his insurance won't allow us to enter his building to drive it out ourselves. Very shady.

Fantastic company and I absolutely recommend. From moment I called for a flatbed the gentleman who answered the phone was very professional and had a driver en route immediately. Driver Jeff arrived in less than 15 minutes. Jeff was very quick and had vehicle on flatbed and headed to auto body within minutes.

They were the only ones that were able to give us a tow at 1 am. I had unsuccessfully called about 12 others. Tow service was quick and got the job done!

I wished I could give these people 0 stars. They are thieves and liars how are they even still in business after all the unprofessionalism? My car was hit (wasn’t my fault) they got on the scene didn’t ask any questions about where the vehicle should go didn’t communicate price or anything. When I called to check price and get a breakdown of the charges a guy named Donnie who claimed to be the owner was very rude didn’t want to answer the questions added charges that shouldn’t have been added to my car and then hung up on me. They told me not to come on their property and stole charges money and other personal items out of my vehicle. The police should stop calling them. Then my insurance tells me to call and release the vehicle to them, (Donnie) said ok but never put it in (in an attempt to get more money I’m sure) so 3 days later and my car isn’t released and the new person that answered the phone stated it wasn’t released yet because I didn’t give permission when I called and was confirmed by the owner . The worst worst worst ever do not recommend‼️

Wish I could give them zero stars, had my car totaled went to retrieve items out of my vehicle that were missing also my doors were lock and battery unhook. Various missing items, charging plug in & cables, changes dollars lighters etc. don’t think tow men should have access to inside of vehicleService: Car towing

They did a excellent job. They were very polite and straight forward. Even tried to help me get the car started. I would go to them again.
