I have used many different moving companies: this one is absolutely top tier. Leo & Jarvis were exceptional movers: careful, friendly, and efficient. They explained everything in clear terms and documented all of my items precisely. This is the second time our family has used Mordue Moving & Storage, and we will continue to recommend to friends. First of all, this review is long overdue!
I just can’t say enough about Leo and Jarvis. They totally changed my mind about paying a bit more for professional movers. I used Mordue to move into my first ever home and I’m so glad I did. Travis was awesome and responded quickly to my texts and calls during planning. If I ever have to move again, my first call will be to Travis and Mordue. I will NEVER do U-Haul and Friends ever again! Leo and Jarvis took excellent care of my things. They treated my items as if they belonged to them. Peace of mind was worth every penny! All of the items they moved made it safe and sound. And once they got my items delivered, that wasn’t the end of it. Jarvis noticed I had a door off its hinge. He picked up a screwdriver and just fixed it. I’m not sure if I will ever see these guys again, but I will remember how at ease I felt the entire time during my move. Thank you Mordue! Thank you Travis! And a super extra special Thank You to Leo and Jarvis!!!

I just used this company to move all the things that I couldn't move myself from my apartment to my new townhouse. They called me multiple times to confirm my appointment and continued to work without taking a break during one of the worst rainstorms of recent memory. It was cold and rainy, yet they maintained schedule and actually in the end charged me $50 less than I was quoted. I give this company an A++ for customer service and am already planning to hire them again when I purchase a pool table for my basement. I will continue to recommend this company to anyone who asks.

From beginning to end, Mordue did a very professional job moving my mother-in-law. Travis was easy to work with, the office had good communication with us, and Cory and Don did a terrific job on moving day. Their care and thoroughness was much appreciated. Both worked hard to provide efficient and careful service. Very willing to help us in any way possible. Would highly recommend.

Leo, Jaras & Dave did a terrific job moving our things for us today! They exceeded our expectations by far! They worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional & patient with us as we made decisions where to put things. They made this process so smooth and easy! We had a bad experience with a different company in the past, so we were hesitant to try a new company but I’m so glad we did! This was a game changer for us busy parents of small kiddos. We needed all the help we could get and they went above and beyond! They were so careful with our things and did an amazing job! We can’t thank you enough!!! We would recommend this company AND these 3 movers any day! 10/10! Thanks again! ?

Leo and Jaras were very professional and efficient .... they handled our belongings with much care .... They moved us in a very timely manner , too .... Travis did an excellent job coordinating our move. The estimating process was prompt and efficient. The moving team of three was courteous and professional. I especially appreciated how careful they were to protect furniture items and avoid scuffing walls while moving large, heavy items. The final move was completed in fewer hours than estimated. When I realized how much stuff we had, and saw the team in action, I was extremely glad that we had hired help. It was money well spent!

We really had an outstanding experience with Mordue. They rushed our move to occur in a time sensitive window, they went fast, and their people were really nice. Simply nailed it. Mordue is the only company in Central Illinois we will ever recommend for moving.

Wow! Though I have used Mordue Moving in the past, this was my first commercial move and they were fantastic. Travis made the whole process really easy. Getting a quote and scheduling the move was fast - and he was always available either by email or text with all my questions. Then Chaz, Danny, Dave, and Isiah did the move. We had some really heavy equipment but they were always positive and professional. Even with a cold rain they worked quickly and were so careful to protect everything. At one point I was sure they couldn't get a large piece of equipment out of the building. But a couple of minutes later, working together, it was done! What was really funny was that Mordue first moved the commercial equipment into the facility 30 years ago! I highly recommend Mordue - they are clearly the best in the area.

I've recommended Mordue to many clients. They've always been very satisfied with the service and employees. One called to say that the Vice President, Cliff stopped by during the packing to make sure it was going smoothly. If there is ever an issue, no matter how small, Cliff will respond. Great customer service!
