MetroPcs is awful especially after T Mobile buying out sprint. My phone would constantly cut out and only have service half the time. I also used my debit card to pay my bill and then somehow someone from over seas stole my card number and was trying to make purchases using my debit card. I know it was from paying them on their app because I didn’t use the card anywhere else.

Horrible service!! Horrible! I can't stay connected even sitting at my home. I get "E"...not 4G or 3G, but E!!! I'm so disgusted. And the guy made us buy phone cases before he would let us have the deal. We were not allowed to leave with the phones without buying cases from the store.

The customer service rep was knowledgeable and helpful. He had a good disposition. I haven't had a phone in almost 2 years. This being my first experience in awhile, it was a good one. Welcome to the neighborhood.

I would recommend anybody going to the store to get their cell phone or paying their bill they are fast efficient and very courteous and care about their customers very much I would refer anybody can go there on garden and Western anytime we both would get a bonus and something taken off our bill.
