“Right when we walked in the front door we were greeted with a smile and we began what would become the absolute best retail experience I’ve ever witnessed. The employees made finding my dream boots seem like their dream too and added to the fun of everything by hearing me out and giving me suggestions when they needed to. You could tell the owner and all of the employees there are really passionate about what they do because it was all smiles and happy vibes the entire time. My wife and I ended up leaving with top quality boots, socks, jeans and a few stickers. It was just such a fun store. We could have looked through things for hours!!!!!You’re just simply not going to find a selection like this or people this amazing anywhere else. Hands down the only place I’ll ever shop for my everyday clothing from here on out.I finally have my dream cayman boots!”

“I love this store so much and I love all of the old emo stuff but what I will complain about is that I cut my fingers on the of the spikes on the inside of the belt that was sticking up, definitely look into a safer way for that not to happen, but other than that I love it!!!”

“I go to this Burlington basically every day as I work at a neighboring business. The employees for the most part are all really nice! However, there is this one gentlemen’s who is Asian and he’s usually up on the register when I see him and he is always so rude. I work in customer service so I’m always really friendly and he never says hello or anything to me and acts like he’s so annoyed whenever he’s ringing me up. I know retail sucks because I also work in retail, I just don’t take it out on everyone, especially the nice people.”
“I was checking out with my girlfriend at around 3:30 and I noticed really friendly staff member with cool purple shoes and he informed me that they came from Kohl's and were also on sale. Super cool guy!”
“I took my daughter in over the weekend to get a belt that she saw there a week ago. Jamya greeted us and when the belt was gone, she knew what my daughter was looking for and found it online for us. A less helpful sales member would have just said sorry, we don't have it. We were in and out in maybe 5 minutes. Ask for Jamya when you visit. I think they get commission and I'm confident that she will go the extra mile if you need it.”
“I was shopping with my 12 year old granddaughter for shorts and tops. Many to choose from, just not much variety. Prices were good, good sales. Sales person was friendly enough, but was a tad pushy about me signing up for their rewards program.”
“Cannot say enough about the customer service here. The place is huge with I'm sure has everything, but dont let it intimidate you. The greater is much more than that. More like help getter and comedian. Young Keone was very personal and help full side note as he was taking us where we needed to go saw an item on floor , picked it up and placed it back. This may seem like a small thing but pride in your work place is great to see. The item we looked at he noticed was priced different. Asked us to please wait got manager Sharita over she said no its priced this way, wasnt changed so I will give it to you at this price if you get it today, went home did some measurements came back. They had put it to correct price but gave us the Sales price. Keone and Andre cared out to our truck. Another side note as they had on dolly Mother had a box of another item in her hand and Keone asked if he could carry it for her. Great service great prices!”
“They have a good selection of clothing that you would like but don't have many shoes. The style of clothing makes you forget about the shoes. Great place to shop for you or your kids.”
“It's ok. I mainly come here for jeans since I'm short. Not much of a selection in tops and dresses. Kind of gives me Old Navy/Aero vibes as far as every sweatshirt or hoodie having AE or American Eagle across it. This particular store has plenty of extra space to add more clothing in the back but it is really spaced out. A smidge pricey depending on what you are buying.”

“I can’t recommend this place enough! Have been here twice when my husband needed a suit. An employee will personally assist you in picking out your correct size suit, shirt and tie. Very reasonable prices and they will also take up the hem and sleeves free of charge. Great service! We would never go anywhere else for menswear.”
