Worst place to buy appliance parts! Without fail they send me used/open damaged or broken parts 90% of the time! I only use them when my other suppliers don’t have something but I’m not even going to do that anymore!

Worst experience ever! Ordered online after finding I couldn't go to the local store anymore. Wait a few days and call them because I never got tracking info emailed to me. They reported it was canceled, but they never told me. Find somewhere else to order your parts. This place is a joke!

Prices a little steap but location is nice. Customer service is hit or miss.

Does not take Covid-19 seriously and risks their employees lives. No masks are required and if you are getting tested for Covid you have to continue working until the test results come back unless you have vacation time.
