I took my used (new to me) Lexus in for a checkup and the mechanics either did not look at the car, ignored the obvious issues it has, or somehow missed the worn-out underbody parts that I was able to notice by sticking my phone under my car after the visit. Also, some of my lug nuts fell off after the visit, meaning they over torqued or cross-threaded the lugs (my lug studs, the threading that the lug nuts screw onto, are in good condition).

Lexus of Peoria has the Best service & provides top notch cars. I've purchased 2 vehicles from here & they both were very clean, well cared for & a good price! Everytime I visit Lexus of O'Brian, I'm treated like Royalty. I'm very pleased with the service dept & the salesmen (Tom & Victor) so professional & accommodating. Rodney Schoop is my service tech & he goes over & beyond to make sure my needs are met. I strongly recommend buying your Lexus from here, they will take care of you for sure! I love my Ex 350 Lexus F Sport & ES 350 Lexus sedan. Beautiful, strong & long lasting cars!! I Would recommend my friends and family.

Working with Bailey from 3 hours away and out of state has been such a good experience! He sent videos of every little spot on the Pilot that we are buying and has been very open and great at communicating. When we got there they even had our Pilot in the show room with a bow, which was such a fun touch! We definitely recommend them even if it’s a far drive!

I stood around in the showroom for some time, and no one seemed very concerned about helping me. There were several salespeople sitting at their desks, so I walked up to one and said I would like to buy a car. I guess it was fortunate that I happened to go to Thom Van’s desk because he did a great job helping me decide on the vehicle I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I was having my RX serviced while I was there. The service department is always great.

We had a great experience with Danielle, our salesperson, when we purchased Lexus 450h+ in late May. Communication was clear and prompt. Arrangements for test drive, pricing, financing, and all related matters with her and dealership staff were great.
