I like my Lexus. I don't have a problem with any service or recall I've had done. I do think the "luxury" service leaves something to be desired. Free car wash is a perk for sure but more than once I've been left sitting for 45 min to an hour only to discover my car sitting outside done. No one bothered to tell me but then no one ever asks my name or notices that I'm sitting in the lobby for a long time. I traded my Acura for a Lexus and honestly if I could get it serviced at Acura I'd do it. I'm never ever greeted when I pull my car in the garage. I have to stop someone to tell them what I need. No one asks my name. I've even been told my car is ready and it wasn't my car. Once the sale was complete the personal attention totally disappeared. Luxury car-yes. Luxury dealership-Nope.

The service here is fantastic. I recently purchased my second Lexus, but this was my first time scheduling an oil change service at O'Brien Lexus in Peoria. I was able to make a same day appointment and was greeted by a helpful and friendly attendant immediately upon my arrival. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and they have a barista on site who will make OUTSTANDING coffee from a Starbucks-like menu while you wait. They had a variety of snacks and other beverages available. Everyone I encountered at this location was friendly and professional and the service attendant in charge of cleaning the cars went above and beyond to ensure that the interior and exterior of my car looked great. By way of contrast, I paid for a premium car wash and interior cleaning service at Red Carpet a few weeks prior to my visit to Lexus, and my car did not look half as clean as it did after the free wash and cleaning service provided by O'Brien Lexus as part of a service appointment. Best of all, their service rates are fantastic compared to what the Lexus dealerships charge in St. Louis and Chicago (where I previously have had my car serviced.) Many thanks to the awesome service department team at O'Brien Lexus of Peoria for the A++++ experience!
